Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

We spent 10 nights here from 4th - 14th April. 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 6. Nice enough holiday and the kids did have a great time. I’ll list the pros and cons: Pros: Rooms - lovely and spacious. Fridge too which was a nice touch. Big bed in the bedroom and very comfortable. Children had a bed each in the lounge which was fine for them. Waterpark - Great fun for all. Very shallow water so good and safe for the kids. Kids loved it! Baby Pool - small and fun enough for smaller kids and babies. Adult Pool - nice and relaxing. Main pool - cold for April but once in was actually ok. Nice and big. Restaurant/s - main restaurant was fine, enough food for us all to choose from, pasta station, freshly baked oven pizzas, salad bar, fruit etc .. all very nice. A la carte restaurants are off site and make a nice change .. can’t complain. Drinks - great, not bad at all. Staff- really nice friendly staff. They work really hard. Allocated sunbeds - excellent idea. Saves the stress of getting up early and having to reserve one. Cons: Inland view room overlooking main road was noisy and the view was not worth sitting on the balcony for. I would suggest a room overlooking the adult pool for the evening sun and peace. Adult pool - kids playing in it late afternoon which was annoying when our kids went to kids club and we moved round to get some peace and away from kids! No one told them to leave. Kids club room - small but small soft play and more suited for younger kids but the staff are lovely. Wouldn’t return but this is a great holiday for family with kids to try.

Back again after 10 years, then the Brilliant apartments. Still brilliant apartments, decent rooms, safes, fridge, kettle air con included in price. Same clean standards throughout the whole of hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Now all inclusive with great water park slides, allotted sun beds for your duration which you can choose from. Food is very good hotel standard, always a good choice, and upto 4 dine around restaurants on *****, all worth visiting. As a family you cannot go wrong booking here, only down side is evening entertainment very low key, but you have it all going on down the *****. Fig tree bay beach is still one of the best in Cyprus and a top ten in Europe. Go and enjoy.

This is our second visit and we were not disappointed , The one new thing that was introduced was the sun beds allocated on arrival, we loved it! No getting up at 6 for the towel on the sun bed dash, if you do not like where you are put you can be moved once other areas become available we saw many large groups accommodated, The hotel staff are fantastic and do not stop, from cleaning to serving always with a smile and a cherry hello, Raffaella and Abdullah went above and beyond, I could go on but in summery Great hotel, amazing staff, exceptionally clean, Great variety of food with the added bonus of visits to 4 other restaurants one on site, American, Asian,Mexican and of course Greek, all fantastic but be aware the portions are huge!

Had a great stay at the Sunrise Oasis in May 2024. Top quality food, staff and facilities as well as conveniently placed for Protoras and the beaches. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. There was a great variety of food, ice cream and drinks. The water park was clean and loved by the children. I would say that this is the best all inclusive I've stayed at.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel. Our family love the kids club Anya and Dorka are really nice girls. The staff is great and the drinks are so tasty.We love all the activities and the mini disco too. Thanks for the everything. My kids are like the slides. Hotel was clean and tidy. Professional and welcome working staff with service for 24h . Kids club was good,my kids loved being and enjoyed so much. Especially thank you for bar pool people's.They make amazing atmosphere around so welcome for guests also same time friendly and professional .I gave my 5 starts to them .

Hotel is well maintained clean and tidy. Pools are superb. The managers are welcoming and friendly and visibly around for what seems to be 24hrs a day! Reception solved some minor issues we had very quickly, (which are minor and inevitable in any hotel) The restaurants and food were fine. But it's the staff that make this place special. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Especially the Pool bar and the kids club staff. Really can't rate them highly enough.

What a place. What more do you want! Great staff, food, cocktails and entertainment staff! Lidl right next door and rooms have self catering facilities too! We were all inclusive had all branded drinks. Fresh pizza bar each day. Can order food from table to collect sometimes delivered to your sunbeds. Sunbeds have thick mattresses so comfy. You are allocated beds when you arrive with fresh towels each day! So no having to get up early to reserve. ***** is just 2 mins walk down hill. Good for football, steak dinner or just a live singer. Out every night so not sure about the entertainment. Would defo return!

Brilliant hotel clean, friendly, lovley food ,efficient, helpful hardworking staff, amazing waterside pool, very family friendly amazing place.
