I stayed there the night before I was taking the auto train to Florida. William was at the front desk when I checked in. He was very courteous. I asked him how to get to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner and he gave me very good directions. It was only about a mile away. The breakfast was more than adequate. There was waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, bread for toasting, pastry, juice, coffee and tea. Upon checkout, Andy was at the desk and was very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

I was very excited about my stay here, as I heard many wonderful things, especially from this site, but my experience was very different. If you want to find a delightful inn to stay at for your short trip to Woodbridge, STAY AT ANY OTHER ONE EXCEPT THIS ONE!!! The second that I walked into my room, a strange stench enveloped me. That part didn't really bother me, but the black mold in the bathroom did. I believe it was on the shower curtains and the ceiling of the bathroom. Then there were several interesting stains on the different pieces of furniture in the room. I will not say what it was, but if you have been to a low-rated motel or hotel, you know exactly the kind of stain that I am talking about. There were several on the couch, on the table, and the floor. The room was clearly overlooked when cleaning, and I would not be surprised if the maid didn't even change the sheets. There was even a dirty tea bag in the tea dispenser. Otherwise, the room was somewhat clean. There were different hairs on the towels and on the bed, but after what had been previously experienced, that seemed the least of our problems. Then there was the issue with the breakfast. If you want a nice, hot, breakfast buffet, go to the Hampton Inn. Granola bars, yogurt, and frozen breakfast sandwiches were the only options given. They literally say on their listing that they have a hot breakfast featuring foods like”eggs, waffles and meat to healthy options like yogurt and fresh fruit.” What a straight up lie! The only true thing that they wrote here was the yogurt, and even so, I think it was expired. To all of the travelers that are excited for their trip to Woodbridge: spend that extra 20 - 30 dollars for a stay at the Hampton in, because not only will you have a clean room, but an actual breakfast that will not require you to travel a few miles to be able to eat.

I feel comfortable to write a glaring review of this particular location, being that it's located around fierce competition of other hotel names, and yet a proper amount of honor goes into the ”customer service” portion, just to begin the process of a single visit or stay-over. I've been to many hotels in my job's traveling capacity and localization (when long bookings are necessary), enough to indicate that a positive consistency is maintained when one has to get through whatever arrangement calls for a place away from home. This site is well managed, within a very excitable surrounding of commerce, so that's no small task, though one very necessary ingredient towards easing visitor anxiety--an inarguable aspect of consumerism. A nice premium choice of television selections; sanitized rooms that address residual pandemic concerns (still very important), and faithful security measures are always maintained. The people that work at this Red Roof are commonly impressive of their tasks and person-ability; I'm sure we're living in a time when such a decency is underappreciated, though nonetheless a high demand, whether apt discrepancy cares or not. The great people are Pri, Ronneen, Maria, Jean, José, Kimberlee, and a host of dutiful housekeepers that say little, yet smile alot. It's a good experience. ___Russ Gladden

Classy hospitality in the morning! After a restful evening we arose to excellent customer service from the front desk receptionist. Anthony ensured that we were aware of all of the options for coffee and breakfast in order for us to have a great start to our morning. His professionalism and charm is exactly what every Courtyard Marriott guest should encounter during their business or leisurely stay. Thanks Anthony!

Khalid is the BEST!! Super friendly and helpful with any and all questions and concerns. During our stay there he always had fresh coffee available in the lobby waiting for us. As well as making sure that our booking date was fixed in time when we scheduled the incorrect dates. Housekeeping staff were very polite, respectful and kept our linens fresh and changed regularly. As well as making sure our trash was taken out daily as well. Thanks again for all the helpful employees and staff at The Red Roof Inn in Dumfries, VA.

This hotel was very good! My boyfriend and I had a pleasant stay. Staff was nice. Room was clean. The included breakfast was a plus! (Make your own waffles!! Awesome!) The outlets were great and everything u can want is like less than a mile away from each other. Food, bowling, etc. We had a great weekend and will stay here again if we come back to Woodbridge, VA!
