We’ve stayed here quite a few times, but last night our room was definitely a tad small. When we left this morning the door almost didn’t shut because the corner of the bed was in the way. All the e other times our room has been fine. If you’re noise sensitive maybe take a fan or noise machine. The people who work at the hotel and restaurant are super nice. It’s a very convenient place to stay as far as being right downtown.

Faded, but still grand, bathrooms are dated as are the carpets, but the location and staff more than made up for it - the bed was comfortable, the room was what we expected. We stayed the previous night in the sister hotel in Gallup NM, and saw the investment going in without changing the character - we will be back.

Enjoyed this property immensely; however, I was hoping to enjoy a room with a street view, though, and Room 331 was truly disappointing in that sense.
The service staff were polite & friendly.

Surely a piece of history. This hotel is a very unique snap shot of a time before automobiles and most modern conveniences. Super unique elevator. On the corner of whiskey row, great place to start a stroll around the old part of Prescott

The hotel is an icon, but it has seen better times. Room was so small and appeared very worn out. Bed was very uncomfortable. Step into bathroom was dangerous. Not what I expected of such an icon of a hotel. Generally felt rundown and unkept. Hope it can have some life brought back into it. No issues with staff at all. Everyone very helpful.

Such a cute little hotel. The bed was actually very comfortable and very clean. We’re right on whiskey row so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Plenty of food around.
