"Forest Villa Hotel is a hidden gem. The bouquet hotel was clean, quiet and the pool, hot-tub spa and outdoor seating areas were so relaxing after long days of sightseeing. Free breakfast was a great addition and the personal service (stories from Bob) made starting off our mornings entertaining. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for something a little different from the standard corporate chain hotels. If we're ever back in the Prescott area we will make this our first choice again."

"This is a beautiful unspoiled old hotel with lots of charm right in the middle of historic down town Prescott. The staff were super attentive & welcoming, beds were very comfortable, lots of little extras - tea, coffee etc & it did not smell of either mold or chemicals just clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a quality meal we thoroughly enjoyed. An added bonus is they accept dogs. "

For your comfort, the home features CENTRAL AC & HEAT - though the nights cool down considerably. For our guests' convenience, the home offers a full-size HE washer & dryer - so pack light! WIFI - Wireless high-speed internet provided.
Three generous-sized bedrooms are furnished with new beds and linens, and offer plenty of space for clothing storage - roomy closets & new dressers.
The home's fantastic floor-plan features TWO comfortable and inviting Living Rooms - each with its own 50" SmartTVs. The set-up is perfect for families - offering plenty of space to spread out, relax, watch TV and movies - or play one of the several games available at the house.
The completely remodeled eat-in kitchen features all-new cabinets, quartz counter-tops and a LARGE center island that opens to the front living room. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare & cook a meal - including new appliances - dishwasher, 5-burner gas range and built-in microwave.
The peaceful, FULLY FENCED, backyard is lined with pine trees and offers extended area to enjoy your morning coffee, wine or grill a meal on the NEW 5-burner gas BBQ.
The backyard also features a LARGE SEPARATE GATED AND FENCED dog run.
We enjoy sitting on the front porch throughout the day to take in the exquisite mountain vistas. The expansive windows in the Living Room and Family room are a feast for the eyes, filled with the view of pines trees and mountains along the horizon.

Property has it's own gas grille. A Safeway grocery store right across the street! Eight tenths of a mile from the famous Whiskey Row with bars like the Bird Cage, Matts Saloon and Jersey Lilly Saloon just to name a few. Prescott Courthouse Plaza that host events like: arts and crafts shows, summer concert series along with street dances, 4th of July Parade celebrating the worlds oldest rodeo, Christmas Courthouse Lighting, Christmas Parade, Acker Music Night just to name a few. You are 10 minute drive from the Prescott National Forest, Goldwater and Lynx Lakes, Lynx Creek Ruins and many hiking and biking trails.
