Never stayed in this hotel before. Checkin was efficient , reception friendly. Communal areas clean. I didn’t have an issue getting a sun bed, but many reserved beds and didn’t use for the day, towels provided. Pool bar staff happy and friendly, main area staff ok. Food was excellent. My room was spacious and clean, mini fridge prices are overpriced…breakfast location and produce were first class. Beach was closed for 2 days due to ongoing pollution issues… Check out easy, reception not unfriendly but no mention of did you enjoy your stay with us. Would I go again , yes, would I book this specific hotel No

Location location location….. This hotel has been in my radar for a long time. The location and the pool has been the driving force. Location, how beautiful to see that view at breakfast on E floor, unfortunately, it was too hot to sit on the veranda but we secured a fab table indoors with a view. The pool is very salty but a great swimming pool. You can walk to the little beach to have a dip. The food at breakfast is second to none with everything you could wish for. Eggs, in every variety, cheese, ham, sweet, savoury and much more. The staff are accommodating and lovely. The sunbed situation needs addressing, silly people Queuing half hour before the pool opens to put a towel on and disappear…. We used the gym everyday we were there and initially there was a water tank, however, that was removed because a vast amount of people came into the gym to solely fill their bottles. The solution by the management was To remove the water tank!!!!!! Could an alternative arrangement be found? I feel tweeds need to be made as returning guests appear to feel an entitlement

Had a suite in the building across the road from the hotel. Excellent size and facilities. Two single beds in the main bedroom then a separate room with sofa bed. Had basic cooking facilities fridge etc and all newly refurbished. Very comfy beds and good air con. Breakfast was of a high quality and food selection. The hotel staff were all amazing and very helpful. The pool is saltwater and gorgeous temperature. Didn’t get up majorly early and managed to get sunbeds every day somewhere with a bit of moving around etc. however there were clearly people leaving towels for hours on end as with everywhere. Location is amazing with so many restaurant and bar options nearby. My only negative was the noise from the street. Could clearly hear people even though few floors up. And then deliveries and emptying of bins in the middle of the night. But tbh when you are so central that’s to be expected.

Great location in gorgeous Porto Pollenca Rooms were decent size and we opted for room with side view balcony definitely worth it to watch the views of the bay and the goings on Big bonus was the attached hotel guests only pool with sun beds and towels provided and a bar All in the hotel was perfect and in a perfect location

This hotel is absolutely beautiful it has everything great pool area wonderful staff gorgeous food The rooms are not massive but adequate the disabled room was really good and had everything we needed The staff were really good and the lemon lounge at night had great music and beautiful views Will be going back very soon

Another great visit We have been coming to the hotel for many years. Again it did not disappoint. The recent refurbishment has not altered the character but has brightened it up and given it a modern fresh feel. To ensure the pool remains for hotel residents only any drinks or snacks you have during the day are charged to your room. There was no facility to pay cash/card. Being adults only meant the pool area was very peaceful. The pool Lemon Lounge cocktail bar in the evening has live music and is open to the public. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. Overall another great stay

We’ve been here many times over the past 10 years but this was one of my favourite times. Hotel has had some subtle changes and it looks great. Lovely choice of food for breakfast with choice of eggs. We had room 505 on the corner which was lovely, clean and spacious. Room had everything we needed and a beautiful view across Puerto Pollensa. Few new faces but great to see Manolo there at the pool area which he runs seamlessly. We got a lovely warm greeting from him like old friends. Did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back next year. Thanks to all staff for a great holiday.

Booked this central hotel in the centre of Port de Pollenca and it was fabulous. The front of house staff, waiting staff and pool area staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel offers very good spacious rooms; relaxing pool area with live music nightly. Highly recommend the hotel and Port de Pollenca. Hotel offers a very large breakfast selection including cooked to order eggs and omelettes

Dreadful bar service. We have dropped in here before when staying in PP as the terrace bar is nice and the cocktail & drinks prices are reasonable, however, the service is shocking, worse than ever. Sat down acknowledged by one of the staff and given the drinks menu. About ten minutes later another couple sat near us and a staff member rushed to them to take their order. We attracted that waiter's attention as he walked away, only to be told to wait. Another 5 minutes before someone came to take our order. When the drinks finally came, neither of us could detect any alcohol in them at all! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
