We really enjoyed are stay at this hotel, the food was amazing we had half board breakfast and tea. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We all had a fantastic time her and would recommend this hotel to everyone. The only thing which they could improve on is maybe warming the pool a little bit.

This hotel is excellent value for money. In a place full of hotels, we were struggling to make a decision. We had certain requirements. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a fancy hotel but wanted a modern looking room. We wanted to be near the sea and have a sea view from our balcony. We also wanted to have self catering amenities in our room. We had all this and more. We got a free breakfast thrown in and a great location. We were in between the noise and bustle of Playa Del Ingles and the quieter more upmarket area of San Agustin. We preferred the quieter San Agustin but both were within walking distance. There were 2 small shopping malls in both areas, a 10 minute walk away where as well as the usual shops selling clothes, there were bars and restaurants. We enjoyed long walks in both directions along the sea front as far as the lighthouse at Maspalomas in one direction to the Bahia de Feliz in the other direction. We also benefitted from having the parque tropical bus station a 10 minute walk away and were able to visit Puerto Rico and Las Palmas on the bus. The latter is well worth a visit. Other pluses, the sun beds by the pool were never too busy and because it was situated below road level we were sheltered when it became windy. Finally the staff were all lovely.

Stayed in this hotel for a week - excellent location - on bus route- near beach - shopping centre etc- staff excellent especially the waiter in dining room who works very hard - always cheerful - had a lovely apartment on the 4 th floor - would recommend this hotel for a stay

unfortunately the hotel did not have too many customers in the period i was. For this reason, the evening meals left a lot to be desired. They were good and tasty but there was no choice. the breakfasts were impeccable

Po przyjeździe hotel zrobił na nas dobre wrażenie ,jednak pierwszego dnia przyszła sprzątaczka i powiedzieliśmy ,że wychodzimy i poprosiliśmy ,zeby przyszła za godzinę .Po powrocie z plaży chcieliśmy zrobić zakupy i okazało się że z plecaka zginęło 120 euro .Mielismy 400 euro więc łatwo było zauważyć .Sprawe zgłosiliśmy menadżerowi ,on jednak zbyt się tym nie przejął .Powiedział ,że dyby zginęło 120 tys to by zwolnił sprzątaczkę .Mowil ze możemy zgłosić sprawę na policję .Gdy tam byliśmy były duże kolejki i niewiadomo o której by nas przyjęli ,Pozatym policjant nie mówił po angielsku .Bylismy w różnych krajach ,ale pierwszy raz zostaliśmy okradzeni .Dlatego nie polecamy tego hotelu bo zostaliśmy okradzeni i nikt na to nie zareagował

Questa e'la quarta volta che andiamo in questo aparthotel,si sta sempre benissimo,vista oceano,colazione molto buona,camere spaziose ,personale cordialissimo,ma purtroppo devo dire che la pulizia,questa volta in particolare,lascia molto a desiderare,le camere erano state pulite per modo di dire ,in bagno e sui mobili della cucina c'erano capelli dell'ospite precedente per nn parlare del muro vicino ai fornelli tutto sporco ,credo e spero che sia per una mancanza del personale,un problema che si riscontra molto spesso,e'un vero peccato perche'ha ,ribadisco,camere belle ma necessitano di tanta manutenzione,lo scaldabagno dei nostri compagni di viaggio perdeva acqua,facevi la doccia e allagavi il bagno perche' usciva l'acqua,spero che a poco a poco si possa provvedere a questi inconvenienti con un po'piu'di controllo e attenzione perche'Veril Playa se lo merita.

Heerlijk hotel om te verblijven met als start elke ochtend champagne ontbijt en voldoende te eten en te drinken. Op de juiste tijden ook heel goed koop, met plezier er geweest en zullen er zeker weer een keer naar toe gaan.
