Good hotel ~ reasonably priced & in close distance to all. I was a little leary as this hotel was on the cheaper side but it was perfect. Very clean ~ comfy bed & pillows, warm shower & nice continental breakfast. Close to my son's SUNY dorm & I will definitely stay here again. Only down thing was the walls are thin & we were next to the ”loud talking” family lol.

The air conditioning, refrigerator, exhaust fan in the room are old and make noise all night. Breakfast is a standard American breakfast, quite rich, the hotel's pool looks good.

Everything was perfect. Just I expected a terrycloth bathroom slippers.

Having stayed here before it became our first choice when staying in the area. The moment we walked in we were greeted like long lost friends. Karen at the front desk is always the best. Very welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. She is always on top of her game even when training new personnel or dealing with a stubborn front desk computer. A big thank you to her personally. As for the hotel, everything is awesome from the clean well set up rooms to the most comfortable beds. And peaceful quiet nights. To the sparkling pool area and the awesome hot breakfast included in the nightly rate. Everything is just top notch. You won't be disappointed should you choose to stay here. Again a big Thank you to Karen, we will definitely look forward to our next stay.

It was our first time in Burlington and I am so glad we chose this property for our four night stay. EVERYONE on staff was friendly and accommodating. We did upgrade to a lake view and it was worth it. Room was spacious and clean with lots of extra towels. We opted to for go daily cleaning service. Extra pillow and blanket were provided in the closet. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. We were invited to the manager’s evening reception on the day we checked in and it was incredible with gourmet appetizers. There is a great area in the lobby for relaxing. WiFi was exceptional. We did have breakfast on our last morning and it too was awesome from the service to the meal. Although I didn’t use it, the gym was very good. Even had a Peloton bike.
