Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

Third time staying here and once again an amazing stay!! Although I know there are “nicer” hotels out there I will continue to go back. The staff at this hotel literally go out of their way to make our stay perfect. I’ve come with my teen kids, once with my adult daughters and grandchildren and lastly with my dear friend and every time has been the same! We go to enjoy the sunshine during the rainy time in Washington and lounge by the pool. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is yummy but especially in this day and age the customer service is what makes our trip so relaxing! From the front desk to the head of maintenance to the temp. Manager… I can’t say enough good.
