We stayed 2 nights, this place doesn't have an attention to detail. the TV remote wouldn't go down, volume down didn't work, as well as the buttons 7, 8, & 9... when I called they said that's just how they work in every room! The bathroom flooded to the carpet because it was built wrong. The free morning breakfast was just not there, but there was a sign "sorry for the inconvenience". The pool area has a sign "Out of order, sorry for the inconvenience" and that was one of the main reasons to book this. The main determiner of how little they care for their customers is there was no water bottle refill, there wasn't even a drinking fountain. When I asked for a glass of water on checkout day when they were serving breakfast, the lady looked at me like I'd just stepped on a kitten, "We don't have water available here, you can purchase some at the front counter"... ALL and ALL a really bad hotel.
