We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was so nice. Upon arriving, the staff were very polite and friendly as well as very accomodating. The king size bed was very comfortable. We had a nice sized bathroom and a little kitchenette and also a balcony. I truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone! We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit this area again.

The good: we were upgraded from a studio to a 1-bedroom because we were late checking in and there was availability. Much appreciated. The not-so-good: couldn’t open blinds because wand was missing, valence broken and leaning against the wall, food crumbs from a previous guest and the worst part - bed and pillows smelled like they weren’t fresh. Housekeeping did immediately change linens but geez.

Clean and new hotel. They have a coffee machine in the lobby that i thought was awesome. It even made espresso drinks!

We did have some issues with our reservation when we got there, but that had nothing to do with WaterWalk at all, it had to do with the computer systems .. the front desk attendants were very nice and the room was more than we expected it to be! It was so worth the night we stayed

The pool opens only at 10 am. No chancdd e’d to use it before going to work.
Windows don’t screen at all the outdoor noice ( car traffic)
