The property was great for our purposes. Went to fan fusion and it was a short walk so we didnt have to worry about parking the car everyday and if we wanted a respite from the convention it was a short walk. Will stay here again

it was easy to access into the hotel property and overall from the hotel can not complain, the only thing is the lady that was at the reception not very friendly, seems she was always on a bad mood and on the check out needed to wait while she was on her cell phone. Also, l booked through ******* and didn't mention about paying for the parking lot stay and when l was able to do the check in, the lady at the reception said there was a $18 parking fee, which l mention that to her. l think its a bad communication in that sense, If there's a fee, it should be posted

Nice room. Easy to walk to downtown areas. Liked that breakfast started at 6:00am since I had an early flight.

Best Western was my parent's choice on family vacations because it was a dependable value, and that is still the case. You can be sure that you will have a clean comfortable room at an affordable price. It may not have some of the high end amenities of more upscale chains, but it has what you need for a comfortable stay

Hotel stay for business trip. It was walking distance to the conference. I used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed them. Breakfast was fine

The girl at check in was really great and sweet, the rest of the stay was not good. Gross dirty tub, very loud at night, I could hear the people in the next room all night and they were also loud in the hallway. And no hairdryer, for that price there should have been a clean tub and a hairdryer.
