Clean, fresh, nicely appointed hotel. Wonderful check in experience. I think her name was Grace. Excellent customer service. Other interactions with others not as friendly but not rude. Weird fireplace and couches outside of the side of the hotel. Parking is sort of a pain. Maybe there are more hotel entrances that I didn’t see. The rooms Are large with an excellent modern kitchen. First stay in this brand as a Diamond member. We had rooms 419 & 417 nothing to really see out of either side of the hotel (odds or evens). Towels smelled weird like food. Comfy bed, large desk, couch. Shower was nice. They have gel and shampoo on the shower walls as pumps. Provided conditioner in small bottle. I would have liked a shower cap but they did provide make up remover. Breakfast had ZERO proteins available which is a miss. I was hungry all morning due to lake of protein. They have both disposable and traditional plates, cups utensils at breakfast. They have self laundry in the gym. Weird but great to have. Gym is small but is doable. Overall a good experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Old-fashioned and old in all. buildings, furniture. Bathroom equipment is new, but the sewage system is old. 1 washing and drying machine for the facility. No inside territory, you walk by balconies to get to other places. Or you need to get outside of buildings go get to the reception. Nice outside backyard but you can’t enjoy it in summer, no mist, no fans there. Good golf carts service. Several restaurants around. One little bar at reception - can’t accommodate all people in the evening. Pools are small, always packed. Kids enjoyed water park. We got non-smoking room, unbearably stinky. Changed it only next day.

The hotel is located in the city center, next to the university. The hotel we stayed in was just during the Christmas season. Many people opened the party. Both young and old people are happy. The elderly are very grand. Young people are also very popular.

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

The house prices are really not cheap. The townhouses and apartments in this area were bought casually at the price of 30,000 to 40,000 US dollars in 2008. So the relative land prices, the hotel is really profitable, and the hotel has a $ 39 resort fee. Ctrip is not included in the price. So be very careful when ordering, except for local tyrants. The hotel has a lot of ”pits”. I ordered a self-service restaurant at night, so no tip was given. After signing the order, the bank sent a text message. The price increased by 20 [%] Fortunately, the bank presided over justice. The place for breakfast was not labeled, but the ordinary Crossint and donuts in a supermarket each cost $ 4 for a total of $ 8. Fortunately only booked for one day

their service was great the location was good the room was great but their security guy needs to get a life and stop making his job his whole life he literally sat right next to me or stood right next to me until I got an Uber out of there for absolutely no reason and kept asking me every minute wouldn't is Uber here is the Uber here is it over here it's ridiculous so watch out for a fat white security guy he's an a******

I checked in late at night after a long drive. Only here for a few hours. Lisa took such great care of me checking me in, helping me out, getting me food. It made a world of difference to me when I was weary, hungry and struggling! She is the best.

The early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)

GGuest UserI randomly came to Arizona, because I had never been, I did not do too much research or anything but found this amazing hotel and stayed here for 5 nights. Soon as I arrived to my hotel I was greeted by this amazing gentlemen name FRANK MAGUIRE who works for the valet, I arrived in a Lyft and he immediately opened my door and grab my luggages out of the trunk of the lyft’s car before the driver could. He greeted me with an amazing smile , and very good high energy. It was like we met before in another life, we were already joking and laughing with one another just after secs on meeting. I explained to FRANK that I was from SF area and I was by myself here and needed some cool things to do. He immediately got on his phone and made some calls and asked me to get settled and come back down. When I came back down he had my entire 5 days mapped out and planned for me. The whole entire time I was there he checked on me and made sure I was doing okay and was making very good interactions with others during my stay. The best part was he got me into the pool party at the W HOTEL!!! Frank went beyond and above to make sure my time in ARIZONA was memorable and it ABSOLUTELY WAS!!! THANK YOU FRANK!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is quite nice if you are fortunate to be there when it isn't overrun with totally unruly children. It is centrally located which is good as all the attractions in town are spread out in a circle. Overall, we were pleased upon arrival, but that opinion soon changed. Check-in was quick. We are spire elite priority club members and were given the first floor room we had requested ( a suite to boot ) and on the back side of the hotel away from the street noise, on the courtyard, right by the pool and by the laundry and ice. Very convenient. Unfortunately, the ice by our room was out of order and we had to go a long way, and it was a bit of a walk from the lobby and restaurant. There was a lot of pool noise in the living room area until bedtime, but at least we couldn't hear any noise in the bedroom. Hotel was a free for all for children. NO peace and quiet here which is what I had been looking forward to, to sit out in the courtyard and enjoy the weather. Unfortunately, that was impossible. When our children were young we received MANY compliments from strangers telling us that our children were the most well behaved they have ever come across. Exact opposite here. Was unable to use the pool or hot tub at all. I am handicapped and could have received benefit from the pool and hot tub both. Couldn't use either because all were full of UNRULY children who were even eating in the pool and hot tub. Couldn't even hardly get down the sidewalk to my room as children were running out in front of people, throwing balls everywhere, nearly hitting people and causing them to fall down. Parents, staff, no one did anything. Finally, on the last night of our stay, some peace and could sit out on a lounge in reasonable quiet. We did not hear any noise from adjacent rooms or from above. Suite was very spacious, had a comfortable living room area with computer desk and adequate luggage area in the bedroom. Had a kitchenette area, but unfortunately miserable one cup coffee machine which made making a pitcher of tea take hours. The sink was outside the bathroom and had adequate space for your toiletries, but didn't have a towel bar for hand towels or bright enough lighting to apply make-up. Big issue was that the hook was inside the bathroom door and desperately needed to be on the outside of the door so you could use it by the sink. Could not figure out how to set the clock in the room. Bed was comfortable. Internet connected quickly but was a little slow at times. Priority club members didn't nee to use password. First time I had encountered that, and not sure how the system knew. There was no maid service but if requested they delivered fresh towels to your room. We left the trash by the front door and they emptied that too. At beginning of our stay, they left plenty of towels and paper products. At end of stay, only left a couple of towels, so we had to go to the desk and all they had to give out were bathmats. Unfort

胡胡I stayed in the hotel and I found my car could not be started. I asked the Front desk gentle*** for help, and he was really nice to help me to call the Roadside service. Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning. and thanks for the hotel kind help

GGuest UserFront desk pleasant and helpful. Room faced interstate. Very noisy. Room was hot, AC running but no cool air coming out. It was frozen up. Maintenance repaired but froze up again late that night we managed to get it running again but then quit again by morning. Room was 80F. On switch to turn on ice maker. New one installed but never worked. Refrigerator barely cool definitely not as cold as food should have been. Ceiling fan in BR shook & ticked like a clock constantly & kitchen faucet handle so loose it wouldn't stay at a constant flow & wouldn't shut off without a lot of maneuvering. Clock was missing but replaced.

GGuest UserWe made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10) and needed a room for three nights. When we got into town we checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were rusty and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition. We decided to find another hotel, so we checked out and didn't use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager. The next day the manager said that we had to pay for the whole 3 days. even though we didn't stay at all. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest. I'm going to tell everyone I can how HOMETOWNE STUDIOS PHOENIX - DUNLAP AVE stole from us. GUESTS BEWARE.

Phoenix Zoo has places like sea life walk where you can go see the sea life. The have a trail called Desert trail where you can see all the desert animals. they also have an area where you can see all the flowers in Arizona. they have a kid's land for just the kids they have a water park for the kids the animals that you see are mainly ones that you would see in a safari because it is a desert. Arizona You Don't See Much of like polar bears. it's a great little Zoo it's not too big not too little and I highly suggest if you're going to go to the Phoenix Zoo do not go in the summer I would plan to come in the winter where is more nice not so hot and you'll see a lot more animals than if you were to come in the summer it is 120° here in Arizona during the summer and in the winter it gets up to about 70° during the day so be a perfect time to come in the Winter.

Llove is blueIt was a really big park. I went from the southern end along the canal trail to the north end and stopped at the rocky cave, which took about an hour. It was a great place to relax, exercise and picnic. I loved the change between the green spaces around the lake and the arid areas filled with cactus. And was stunned by the bird life around. It is really hot so apply sunscreen and bring enough water.
