My first contact with the front desk was unhelpful. I had a 5 a.m. check in & was told the shuttle did not start until 6 a.m. No suggestions no cab company telephone. I crossed the parking lot to another IHG hotel where the woman at the front desk arranged a cab for me. I was tired so bought 2 items from the lobby market. Usurious! A small profit is expected but their prices were TRIPLE their retail value. When I paid, the new check in desk employee was somewhat rude. He was checking in a group but informed me (a guest) that either I put it on my room, or I could get in back of the line of people checking in. I understand that he had several people to deal with but he could have communicated the same info in a far pleasanter manner. Never again. Next time, I will reserve at the hotel across the parking lot for future trips to Phoenix.
