Was terrible. We didnt get the room we paid for. We were suppose to have a sofa bed and got a recliner chair. When brought up to front desk they were rude. NEVER AGAIN, AMD ITS NOT A BREAKFAST ITS A GRANOLA BAR!

Was told very rudely by the hotel clerk that my card was accepted to hold for incidentals therefore I wasn’t able to stay per my reservation and then the hotel tried to charge me still for the room that I was not able to stay in

Bed was horrible. A big dent. A pillow even filled it in. Could feel Mattress was very worn. Need to replace immediately if you have to place pillows as fillers. Switched to other bed. Still not comfortable. Check in was terrible. Night clerk not friendly. Didnt explain anything. The Breakfast time, if there was wifi, no check out time explained. Norhing! Just what are room # was and pointed. No smile. Need to hire friendly desk clerks. If there not happy there. Let them go. No photos. I failed to take

Hotel looks nice on the outside but was no so great in the room. There was no linen for the soda bed and upon closer look, the soda bed mattress was full of food crumbs and who knows what else since it was already nighttime and I couldn’t see well. Most of the outlets in the room were old and wouldn’t hold my phone charger and a couple didn’t even work at all. Besides that, the staff was friendly and the location was good because there was a bunch of restaurants and stores close by.

This was a nice place. Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property felt safe for the most part some questionable people outside but overall a quiet comfortable stay.

While the location was good for getting to the airport, the service was minimal. The desk clerk made me feel like some kind of criminal. I expect giving my ID, bu I was surprised when I had to show an ID for my daughter, who was staying with me in the room, too. She never offered any information on the continental breakfast, which was minimal, or how to get on the internet, which would have been helpful.I paid extra for a room with two beds, but the room was crampted and lit poorly. The beds were ok. The tv was nice but not in the best location, since one had to move it to sit in bed or on the couch.

I needed to stay longer in a hotel but will not stay in yours for many reasons: I attached some pictures of the room I was staying in, you judge by yourself.
On top of that I would suggest at least a microwave to warm some food and a water heater to make some tea, some plastic spoons, knives and forks will help too.....
I think it is one of the worst places I have been in my life......
