The front desk staff went above and beyond in every way. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed at this location the night before my surgery and the night I was released from the hospital because it was so close by.
I appreciate the empathy and service provided by the front desk, as they helped with my luggage to the Uber when I was departing. 100% I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area.

I've stayed here countless times. However this last stay will be my last. 1. They now use content filtering on their WIFI. 2. Room wasn't as clean as usual. The toilet lid fell off and there were long hairs in the sink. 3. Pricing was around 40% higher than any previous visit. Will find another hotel for our business trips.

The common area looked very dated. The breakfast was horrendous. Scrambled eggs cut into squares? Oa**eal like soup? No fruit or milk. Room was over powered by febreeze. Everything seemed below par…especially for $180. Yuck.

Came to the Best Western after checking out of another, awful hotel. The general manager was so kind when I arrived before 9am. I'd hoped to just check my suitcase for the day (I'd made the reservation in the wee hours), but he let me into my room, and noted breakfast was still being served if I wanted anything. It was a clean, comfortable place to land each evening while managing some family issues during the day.

Toilet in first room didn’t work. Got moved to new room and only one bedside light was working. Cops outside window looking for someone at 11pm. Television barely worked and the remote was extremely dirty. The only upside was that the beds were clean and the included breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet very good. Older facilities but maintained. Mattress a little firm but made due. Fine for a couple nights but if you’re looking for a fine experience look elsewhere.

It’s an older property and that shows but the staff was great, and the rooms were cleaned very well. Breakfast was good. It was affordable and for the price a great deal.

We had booked a 5 night stay here, honestly we checked out after seeing the room. This place looks nothing like on the pictures, frankly it should not be allowed to use the Best Western brand, it is awful, the staff was very nicer and understanding, they have heard this before, this was a massive disappoin**ent.

All staff was great from front desk, to breakfast prep-persons and room cleaning crews. Cleanliness in the form of outside area and parking lot could use attention. We stayed 5 nights and the outside trash near the pool was over flowing all 5 days(I even pushed it down twice) and garbage laying around lot(coffee cup, banana peels). First impressions matter and as good as the staff was, sometimes going the extra mile and taking a general look around and if you see something out of place, take care of it. I must also say, how professional the staff was when a situation arose with a tenants fighting-staff escorted off site.
