I cannot believe I had to pay $577 for three days at such a substandard property!! The price of hotels and other things are a COMPLETE RIP-OFF IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! I was recently in beautiful Medellin, Colombia, and stayed in a beautiful four-or five-star hotel for $50 USA bucks a night....USA IS A RIP-OFF FOR HOTEL PRICES!!!!!! In a couple of years when I retire.....I AM OUT OF HERE!!!!

The bathtub was not clean. No dishes,pans, utensils etc unless you ask. No breakfast provided that was advertised. They had coffee only. Traveling and staying in a hotel isn’t what it used to be

Rooms/halls smelt of cigarettes. Stayed on 1st floor. Beds are uncomfortable. The “free breakfast” is just small packaged muffins, self serve oa**eal, and coffee all placed in small table. The plus was there was decent space.

It was dirty very dirty the mattress to the sofa bed was diguesting it was all stain they told I couldn’t get a blackened for my mom because they was out I showed pictures to the girl in the around 730 and she even said it was gross and he tell her manager but it 6 pm an I still haven’t heard for her manager I won’t stay here ever again

The gentleman at check in was very nice. 1st room smelt and was not in very good shape. The next room he gave us was clean but outdated. The grounds were very nice. Not worth the money thats for sure.

Receptionist was pleasant. The lobby and hallways need some upgrade. Elevator stop working. The room was clean, but bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Pungent odor greets you when you enter. Shady clientele. Rooms are clean but have the feel of being well used. Staff is very nice and refunded our 2nd night. Area surrounding is ok, but it feels like a hotel for the homeless.

Arrived late thanks to flight delays. Instantly questioned my decision to book this place. It smelled. Another guest I encountered off the elevator gave me the creeps (that awful gut feeling that you get). First room was not clean -- carpet was filthy, bugs on counter, no bedding. Back at reception they offered me another room. The room was a bit better -- but the A/C didn't work. Room was sweltering! And that's a feat given it was only in 50s outside. Difficult to sleep. By 1am I decided I'd check out when it was light (was supposed to stay three nights) and found availability at the Best Western further north on 16th. No hot water up on the 3rd floor when I tried to shower in the morning. I have rarely been so happy to leave a hotel. (The Best Western was MUCH better -- and they let me check in early!)
