My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The two lady's thar checked us in (Drena and Jamia) are very helpful and very friendly. They both went above and beyond and make sure are stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to the both of them..

So my stay was horrible..check was good but the rooms fails to meet cleanliness..went to bed tired,tossed and turned all nigh.Upon waking you my hole upper body was covered in a rash from bed bugs to not changing out the sheets..I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn!!!

We checked in and got to the room and there was BLOOD ON THE SHEETS and cigarette burns! We immediately left but they are refusing to refund us. BEWARE!!!

Traveling solo with 3 kiddos. They were scared. The area isn’t the best. However the hotel is awful. Smells terrible, smears of idk what on the walls, floors sticky and crunchy, stains on the bedding. We slept without the pillows and on top of the beds without blankets. Didn’t bother to try a shower. It was loud in the room was on edge. Wouldn’t recommend with for a family with small children. For a place charging almost 200 a night and 80 dollar damages hold I’m shocked.

We have stayed here numerous times, we always find ourselves having a great and comfortable stay at the best price. Once again we had a nice stay with just a couple of exceptions. We booked a premium room but didn't quite see the premium amenities of it. Bedding was indeed upgraded but no snacks were offered as stated in the listing, and no bottled water was offered either. Housekeeping was a bit noisy early morning. Hot water in the shower was only warm at most. Overall our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, had all the basic amenities needed. Bed was very comfortable. We had a safe and quiet stay. Issue with the homeless staying next to the hotel is no longer an issue. We will continue to stay here when in the area.
