My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The two lady's thar checked us in (Drena and Jamia) are very helpful and very friendly. They both went above and beyond and make sure are stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to the both of them..

Broken shower curtain, toilet ran all night, broken remote control, no carpet. People sleeping outside of hotel and very loud next to us .

Sorry to say we were not happy with the service, lack of cleanliness, and the fact when we came back from dinner their were at least 3 police cars out front looking for someone that caused a problem it was terrible I won't even mention what my older son found in the room! I booked 3 rooms for myself and other family members attending a family funeral for a dear cousin, so of course I was thoroughly embarrassed about what I booked. I actually booked it because you gave it a 3 1/2 star rating and at $198.00 a night someone should have paid us! Being unfamiliar with the Phoenix area little did I know it was a bad area of the City, lots of homeless. I am still apologizing to my son and cousins. No more Red Roof Inns for us eve!

This is a nice place, however , the downfall was no breakfast. As a travel nurse working night shift, breakfast is paramount when time is limited.

Very typical two and a half star traveler’s hotel. Clean and neat but in need of sprucing up . Could use new mattresses, new toilet seats.
Really sketchy neighborhood with folks in hoodies and homeless folks making travelers nervous about walking around to the nearby restaurants.

Very dirty in the room had to request to clean our room again staff told me she could change me but all the rooms were the same and that this hotel was not a 5 star this hotel what not worth 220 a night
