We enjoyed everything except for the customer service from beginning to end including the wait staff. They were not friendly at all.

I’ve be staying at the property for decades because the location is great. The fairly recent remodel was desperately needed and look good. The room AC stinks and sitting areas throughout the property is warm. Bed Pillows were great. Staff was nice too.

Hotel was noisy and dirty. There was a generator next to my room that would be on all night and it made it hard to sleep. Everything felt cheap and the hotel nickel and dime for everything including parking, water, and WiFi.

The rooms are beautiful and roomy the breakfast is amazing the bar is awesome the pool's great the koi ponds are a fun touch and the glass elevators make you feel like you're in the fanciest hotel ever

Horrendous. Room falling apart. Hidden fees at check in. Pillow cases smelled like sweat… clearly hadn’t been changed by house keeping
