The hotel I booked for a friend on a business trip is very close to the airport, just over ten minutes away. The room is clean and tidy, not noisy, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The customer service Manager Cao is very serious about his service. The supporting facilities around the hotel are quite complete, there are banks and Jinbaocheng supermarkets, and it is very convenient to buy daily necessities. Meals are also available at the hotel. I will come again next time [shake hands]

This hotel in the heart of the bustling downtown is one of the most impressive I have stayed in recently. From entering the lobby, I was attracted by the comfortable, modern and beautiful environment that this hotel presents. The facilities and decorations of this hotel, both in the rooms and in the common areas, have been amazing and very impressive. First of all, the hotel's rooms are very affordable, more reasonable than hotels of the same level, and the price is very reasonable. Despite the affordable price of the rooms, the hotel still provides first-class service and comfortable accommodation experience. I was very surprised because I thought I had to pay a higher price to enjoy such facilities and services. Secondly, the hotel environment is very comfortable. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The lighting and music in the lobby were very soft and relaxed. At this hotel I didn’t feel any pressure or tension, I just felt comfortable and relaxed. At the same time, the hotel facilities are very modern and easy to use. For example, I can use the Wi-Fi network provided by the hotel and the network speed is very fast, allowing me to work and browse the web easily. Also, the location of this hotel is very convenient. It is close to the night market and the city, so that I can easily visit the local attractions and food. This is very important to me because I want to explore the local culture and flavor, and the location of this hotel allows me to achieve this with ease. Also, although the hotel is located in the center of the city, I didn’t feel the noise and noise in my room, so I could rest and relax well.

Hotel was near the main airport which was what we were looking for. The reception staff was efficient, friendly and got us to our room quickly. We had the best lunch at CCC and loved the extensive grounds and large pool. Room was clean, spacious, good bed, good air con for the price. Shower room was a little dated but ok. We were given a packed breakfast as we had an early start the next day. We would stay there again.

The room and pool are quite clean for such an old property. However we enjoyed the pool, view from there and a good air inside the room, the shower was working. Colonial style, old buid house with minimum updates. There is a small gym by the pool, no people anywhere. There are showers and toilets by the pool. All very clean. There is no restaurant, no breakfast, no food in the fridge. No walking possibility outside - just chaotic traffic and bad surroundings. You need to order a taxi to get some food and drink. The entrance to the hotel is dirty and the fence is not opening. No cars can bring you right to the entrance. There is no real reception and assistance. Just like if you rent an apartment. Old, shabby, dark, dusty, smelly. The light and some facilities were broken. I felt myself like living in a very cheap option. Probably they wrote positive reviews themselves.

Location is near Aeon Sen Sok, the tuktuk grab was within 7k trip was maybe 13~15 min. Near to the airport as well, also around 15-20 min. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and able to communicate well in English. Didn’t explore around but there seems to be cafe nearby I didn’t walk cause I didn’t want to be in the heat and didn’t have much time. So I took a tuktuk within 10 min away to have brunch. Also recommended for people who goes there to attend concert/event at Aeon Sen Sok. There’s more food option at Aeon. Toilet was spacious, clean and came with sufficient toiletries. Hairdryer available. Water was hot although pressure was not very strong. It was alright. I was at second floor. Bottled water was provided for free, other snacks/drinks are chargeable but I think the price is reasonable. Elevator is available so no worries about the luggage. Room is spacious too! Bed was clean and comfortable. The location seems to be around some residential area. Please note that there’s a rooster that will be very loud in the morning 😅 I can sleep through it. There’s also questionable loud noise during midnight for the two nights i was there that I can’t tell what it was. But other than that, all was perfect.

The hotel is pretty clean but in my room I smell the smoke all the time and the room in my side that’s I stay the music from the bar is pretty loud. I stayed here two nonconsecutive nights in the same week in July. The first night the room was fine, clean and quiet. No complaints. The second night the room was infested with roaches. I got up in the middle of the night to find seven or eight crawling around on the ground and on the sink, in my things. Even after I killed a few, there were many more. I had a room facing the street and it was noisy from time to time with honking cars. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom gets very messy after a shower. Both times the staff were nice and spoke English well. I didn’t have the breakfast because, if the room is that infested, I’m not eager to try to kitchen if you know what I mean.

Our family have lived in Cambodia for 21 years and I'd only recently heard of this place. We needed a spacious place to bring a lot of luggage from the provinces for shipping back to our home country. The staff bent over backwards to cater to us, allowing us to store our luggage in their office and then unpack and re-pack it. Their service was especially helpful as I had travelled without my husband and needed extra help. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen, fridge and washing machine were especially important for us and we enjoyed the air con in the heat of dry season. There was clean drinking water(22L) provided for free and replaced when needed. The location was a bit tricky to get in and out of especially during peak hours but otherwise very central to shops and other places we needed to get to. I wish I'd known about this place earlier. I would highly recommend this place to others who travel with children. However, the small pool on the roof top empty and not in use when we stayed here.

Arriving at Phnom Penh Airport at 2pm, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a free pick-up, which was very good. The hotel is about three kilometers from the airport, and it only takes ten minutes to get there. The hotel room is very large and has a balcony. There is a garden, parking lot, and swimming pool at the back. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is broken and is under repair and cannot be used. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. It's cost-effective and worth recommending!
