I had the most wonderful weekend at the Himawari Hotel and Apartments. I stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms and it was really great! I had a nice view of the Mekong river. The showers have good water pressure too. I was also impressed at the staff of the hotel. Incredibly polite and courteous, which put a smile on my face always. As a return guest, I was so pleased that some of the longer serving staff remembered me! It made me feel at home and that Himawari is one big family ❤️ I’ve always enjoyed my meals at the Oyster restaurant too. Buffet breakfast always excellent, as well as their regular menu. My favorite are the fish and chips (as good as any high end restaurants I’ve been too) and the beef Lok Lak over rice. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Himawari when you’re visiting Phnom Penh. I’ll be looking forward to returning in the future!

I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. The room is so big, the bed is so big, the bathroom is so big, what river is outside the bathtub window? Watch the ferries come and go. The scenery is really nice, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. The food in the hotel is delicious, the Japanese food on the 19th floor, the restaurant on the top floor, and the restaurant on the 𠃊 floor are all delicious. It costs 15 dollars to go to the palace on the other side by taxi, and 500 Cambodian currency (less than one yuan) to go to the other side by ferry, just don’t get on the wrong boat when you come back.

This place has the best view in Phnom Penh. Team is extremely nice and kind, bed is comfy, room is spacious and feels like a cool studio with microvawe and water dispencer. Breakfast is good. I havent had a chance to swim but pool is very cool. However it is full of cockroaches. If one person mentioned this in their comments i wouldnt stay at this hotel. Not just one or two. I killed 15 16 teenager and 5 baby cockroaches. Didnt have a chance to meet parents. A friend of mine was staying another room and he left the hotel earlier and said there were even cockroaches in his pillow. So sad cockroaches took over the place!

We are a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights in the family room. It was new, clean and big! Location was also great. We were well received by a smiling staff that took good care of us. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the soft opening did not include the full Accor plus benefits with dining discount. I was, however notified, that there was a note in the booking about this. I had missed this. That being said, we were served a really good breakfast at around 7$ pr person. Our waiter was so nice and took very good care of us:-) I also liked that there was water available from a dispenser in the hallway. Overall a great stay, and it will be even better after the grand opening and all Accor benefits are included! I recommend staying here. The staff was the best part of the stay. They made our stay memorable.

I booked a room with a terrace for two nights a day in advance. When I went to the front desk of the hotel, the waiter greeted me very friendly and took me to the room in person. He asked me if I was satisfied with the room. I said yes! After he left, I realized that this was just an ordinary double room. I went to the front desk to ask what was going on. He said it was because there were many guests during the holidays. I asked: So I booked it on trip and there were too many guests. Is that okay? Did you give the room I confirmed to other guests? The manager came out and didn't say anything except apologizing. I had to say, you want a refund for the price difference. The manager said that to refund the price difference, you have to cancel the breakfast that was originally included. As a result, the price difference for two nights was refunded US20, but no breakfast was given. What a disgrace to this hotel. Very disappointed with the service!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights, the room was clean and staff were very friendly. There was a fridge in the room, wifi throughout, pool on the top deck and a nice little balcony where you can smoke. Also really comfy pillows which is always a bonus when you've been staying in budget places for a while and haven't had comfort. Not a bad location and tuk tuks are waiting outside to take you where you want to go for cheap prices. Reception is manned 24/7 which is also nice to have in case of any problems. They have stopped providing breakfast ever since covid which is a shame. They also offer a laundry service but its much cheaper to take it two doors down where they only charge $1 per kg instead of price per item like this hotel does.

I booked 3 nights. The hotel is located near the Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the riverside where you can find many restaurants there. It takes another 10 minutes to walk to the night market. My room is luxury king size bed with balcony. It is clean, but the decoration is ordinary and not high class. For business stay it is satisfactory. Breakfast is not up to my expectation. Every day there are only three hot dishes, soup and you can order omlets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, noodles, fried rice free of charge. Too few choices and i suggest you only book the room and not the breakfast. You better have your breakfast in nearby restaurants. Almost of the hotel guests are Westerners. I only saw a three Chinese guests on the last day of my stay. The room price is a little bit expensive given the quality of breakfast.

I had the absolute pleasure of using this fabulous hotel twice for recent visits to Phnom Penh. On both occasions, I was warmly welcomed and experienced a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel is efficiently run, peaceful and in a perfect location on pleasant Wat Botum Park. This park has an atmospheric, friendly, local feel in the late afternoon and early evening with families strolling, doing aerobics, jogging and walking. From the hotel, it is only a short easy walk to the riverfront, Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum. The hotel restaurant is sadly no longer open but there are lots of good places to eat, including tasty cheap 'street food', or enjoy a drink within a short walking distance. Front desk staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating with special requests. Yoiklien, Theara and TyTy all deserve special mention as they were just so extraordinarily helpful and always welcoming. Theara was especially kind-hearted and caring. Thank you all so much! You're good adverts for the hospitality industry. Keep up the great work! The hotel also conveniently has a very reasonably priced laundry service. Given its excellent location and facilities, the room rates are very reasonable indeed. In my opinion, you would struggle to find better elsewhere. I can see why it was awarded the TripAdvisor 'Travellers Choice 2021' award. It deserves it! My standard room, with a small balcony, was well appointed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. All in all an absolutely superb choice of hotel and one I would very happily return to again and again, as I have done. I would very highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I look forward to my next stay. Thank you King Grand Boutique team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I started only have hot water for one only and I stayed for 4 night,and the internet it’s keep on kicking me out can’t log in properly. I won’t stay there on my next trip which in coming in the end of this year. And breakfast the second morning then one of the Waitress she told me that I can order eggs or noodles but the morning before that no one telling me.

I was stay in room 302 Kingside bed with balcony. The room is nice, air-con working good. Have nice swimming pool.
