We booked directly with this hotel many months in advance and got a great price for a lovely room during the off-season. The restaurant was open on a Tuesday evening and the dinner we had there was the best of our 2-week tour of Sicily with delicious pasta first courses and perfectly cooked meat dishes for seconds ... perfectly paired with one of their wines ”Passomaggio” which we loved. The dinner was more expensive than the room, but totally worth it. The countryside around the hotel reminded us of the more quintessential/Tuscan Italy ... more than the rest of Sicily. Nicely located relatively close to Cefalu and the quaint village of Castelbuono where we were able to partake of the famous panettone and crema of pistacchio of the Fiasconaro bakery during Easter week. The hotel and restaurant were relatively empty since we were traveling during the off-season but that also meant the pool wasn't open yet. I could see this a cooler place to be in the hot summer months. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it immensely!

Nous avons séjourné durant 5 nuits . Tout le monde est au petit soin et vraiment très gentil . La vue est splendide et l’hôtel vraiment au calme avec un charme fou . La piscine est très grande et confortable avec boisson sur demande . Ils sont toujours présents pour te rendre le séjour agréable . Le parking est grand et sans risque pour les voitures de location . Les chambres sont Climatisées avec un charme qui est figé dans le temps . L hôtel est situé presque au centre de la Sicile à bonne distance de tout , nous avons été à Cefalu, agrigente , Palerme , catane … a 1 h 50 en moyenne de l’ensemble des sites . Le repas au restaurant est super bon rapport qualité prix Le seul petit bémol la taille de la douche dans les chambres mais cela n’est rien comparé au super séjour permis des personnes très accueillantes . Merci pour ce séjour
