前台臨時為我們升級了家庭套房，兩室兩廳兩衞，進門第一感覺就是寬敞+整潔。因為第二天要早起，房間的舒適度太重要了。我們最看重的幾個點都完美滿足： 雙洗手間：睡前洗漱、早上整理裝備，一家人可以同時進行，互不幹擾，保證休息時間最大化。 大浴缸：雖然是爬山前入住，但提前泡個熱水澡能放鬆肌肉，讓身體進入最佳備戰狀態。孩子在水裡玩得開心，釋放了旅途的興奮。 卡通床單被罩：小朋友一進門就被可愛的卡通圖案吸引，興奮感拉滿，早早就喊着要上床“和卡通貓咪一起睡覺”，完全不用哄睡。 第二天因為行程調整，又加住了一天，經過前台小姐姐的向我們主動聯繫溝通後，為我們保留了升級套房，讓這次泰山美墅度假酒店的入住體驗再此加分。 特別感謝和表揚前台張瀚林先生的服務，熱情周到，富有人文關懷，在春節期間中的服務依然讓大家感受到了賓至如歸，退房時別的客人也在詢問他的姓名，這是對他工作用心的認可和肯定。

住宿環境非常好，乾淨衞生，有個很棒的庭院我們晚上到的，黃色的燈光很漂亮，酒店在山腳下，在院子裏就能看見大山，外面有好多桌椅和鞦韆提供休息，房間也很大有浴缸和直飲熱水（不需要自己拿熱水壺開），淋浴的水很大洗起來很爽（是最近幾天酒店裡體驗最好的）電視有vip可以隨便看，老闆見我們人多還多送了登山杖和早飯（很豐盛是老闆自己早起做的）誤拿了老闆兩個杯子，老闆也沒生氣，及時補償了，泰山很美但不及熱心的泰安人民美

去年10月15號帶父母路過泰安定了兩間，原本打算住一天，入住很舒服又多住了2天。今年自駕又路過山東，專門來泰安過來住了兩天，到了才發現是和去年同一天入住的，然後又住了去年的同間房，還是那些熟悉的面孔，真的有種回家的感覺，神奇的是今年孩子3歲，到酒店門口時候還記得去年2歲時候在門口休息的地方玩過圍棋！ 這兩年全國自駕遍了，大大小小酒店住的不少，這是唯一一家我入住了2次的酒店，每個工作人員服務都非常頂，真的讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，設施衞生餐廳景色挑不出一丁點毛病，酒店門口路對面就是長廊湖景，人少安靜特別適合精神修養！跟很多朋友都推薦了，這真的是我找到的寶藏酒店，如我所言，招待所的價格，五星級的服務配套。 可惜的是離深圳太遠了，來一次實屬難得，不然這一定會是我日常休假的地方！有機會路過還會專門來的！祝一切順利！下次見啦！

Hotel location is very good to find not far from the train station, the room decoration style is very warm and at home. The room has no smell, the bedding is clean and there is no dirt. The supporting facilities are complete. The reception is particularly warm and feels very warm when you go out. Forgot to take pictures, everyone can come and experience it for yourself.

房間打掃的很乾凈，前台服務也很熱心，朋友們也一起玩的很開心，店家還給提供了燒烤爐，很讚的一次週末之旅。值得一提的是，入住前，入住時一直在麻煩管家，沒想到最後還遺忘了東西在民宿，管家小姐姐一趟趟的幫忙去找。真的是很感謝，幫忙找回了物品。為民宿的服務點贊，有機會還會再來體驗！

The hotel's exterior architecture is truly striking, blending [architectural style characteristics] to create a unique aesthetic appeal. Whether bathed in bright daylight or sparkling with lights at night, the hotel stands like a work of art, emanating an enchanting ambiance that compels you to pause and appreciate its beauty. The guest rooms, in particular, were an absolute delight. Spacious and bright with a thoughtful layout, every detail showed genuine care for guests' comfort. The plush beds were as comfortable as clouds, and the high-quality bedding guaranteed a restful night's sleep. Considering the excellent facilities and service, the price was very reasonable, offering outstanding value for money. Whether for a business trip or a leisure getaway, it's an excellent choice.

民宿的環境不錯，停車方便，衹是住宿時時值清明假期，來的盤山路在九女峯景區和故鄉的雲附近會堵車。我們入住後去遊覽景區，走過去大約半個多小時，而且在民宿前台登記後，可以免景區門票，這一點非常人性化。但是前台沒有主動告知，去詢問書房的位置時才知道可以免門票。 小院設計獨特，但是這裏的野貓實在太多啦，我們在院子用爐子燒烤會有不下於4、5隻野貓蹲在牆頭或者跳下院子對着烤肉虎視眈眈。送晚餐的大姐説因為原先這裏住着一位畫家養了幾衹貓，後來畫家離開時沒帶走，野貓便肆意繁殖。這對於我這種怕貓怕狗人士還是造成了一定的困擾。 房間乾淨，本來還擔心晚上會冷，但是根本熱得睡不着，估計是開着地暖，開窗也透不進涼氣。 早餐非常簡單，贈送的下午茶沒有用，沒法評價。 重點説説服務吧，入住前會提前打電話聯繫、加微信溝通，辦入住、解答問題時很熱情，有什麼需要微信溝通也會及時送過來，但還是有進步的空間，説兩個事情吧。 一是我們提前詢問可以用民宿的爐子燒烤，買好了肉串帶過來，中午到時，前台很好心地幫我們拿到廚房用冰箱冰起來，到了下午去拿時，中午幫我們把串串拿去廚房的小夥子很疑惑，完全忘記這件事情，我們再三肯定就是他本人幫我們拿到廚房去的，才去確認，並想起來。二是拿串時問前台借打火機想引碳燒火烤串，前台説可以他們引好之後送過來，我們心想太好了，真貼心。結果串串拿回來解凍得差不多了想開始烤了，微信聯繫前台説把引好的碳送過來吧，結果前台説需要咱們自己引哦，並附上了操作方法……我説不是你們跟我説可以引好了送過來嗎，答曰現在派人過去給您引火…… 可能假期接待遊客太多，人手不足忙不過來吧，可以理解，但有點無語，希望改進。 總體來説，住了一晚到山上放鬆一下心情很愜意，比較滿意。

This homestay is very convenient for backpackers and families to stay to explore beautiful Taishan and its surroundings. The owner is very kind, helpful and honest to help the guests in whatever way he could. He drove me to the supermarket on the day of arrival to buy my food stuff for hiking up the Taishan. I always asked him for directions and locations of the bus stops wherever I wanted to go. This place is quiet and clean.

The bedding on the bed looked rather yellowish. The cleanliness didn't meet my expectations, perhaps because my expectations were higher due to the recommendations. I stayed in a double room, which was quite small—even smaller than the twin room. Aside from a narrow table for the TV, the usable space was very limited. It's about a 15-minute walk from the red gate of the scenic area, which feels relatively remote. If you have large luggage, there's no transportation available for this section; you'll have to take a taxi or walk. Although it's located in a village, the overall environment is very quiet.
