Absolutely loved my stay at Akana L'Incanto! The whole ambiance is just incredible – the pristine white wabi-sabi aesthetic is stunning, and every corner is photo-worthy. I stayed in a sea-view room with an amazing vista, and the private hot tub overlooking the ocean was a dream. The smart home features made for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. It's just a few minutes' walk to the gorgeous Liuliu Sea Beach, where the sunset views are incredibly calming. The resort offers a great variety of dining options, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It’s the perfect escape from the city bustle for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next beach vacation!

However, the services and the view of the bedroom has got one of the best view among most of the hotels so it kinda offset the long cab ride. The receptionist are mostly very friendly, one of them providing us with the best help by going the extra miles by helping us settling our photography booking. Best recommendation for photography and service ever. Once we check-in into the hotel, we were given the room with best view and provided with the afternoon tea set. There is actually a chinese “alexa” in the room who would help us control some things like changing of temperature, open/close the curtain, on/off lights, play music etc which is actually kind of interesting. Managed to catch the sunrise in the nice bathtub in our swimsuits (from the comfort of our hotel - which is the main point). Thereafter went down for a wholesome breakfast. The free shuttle service provides us a faster way to get to the place to call for a cab back to the nearest station. The professional photography actually helps us take awesome photos with directions on what to do and where to stand (kind of feels like taking wedding photo all over again). They would actually help us to filter/photoshop all the photos before letting us choose. The hotel provides 3 free photos and the rest would have to pay at 30RMB each. To be honest, the photoshoot was really a surprise, I didn’t expect such professionalism. We really felt like fashion models at work.

Booked room k302, which has a very good ocean view. Beautiful and clean room. We also got additional decorations for our anniversary. Stuffs are all welcoming, and friendly. They offer good services. We asked for additional towels and the use of microwaves, the stuffs assisted us nicely. Our package also includes afternoon tea, late night desert, and breakfast. The food they provided are all delicious. We also had photography included. Our photographer, 阿龍, is very professional. He positioned us well and shot beautiful photos based on weather and background. The photos are delivered very quick too (within 3 hours). Highly recommended 阿龍 for photography! Overall, it is a very good experiences that worth 5/5. Highly Recommend for anyone looking to stay here!

Dog friendly hotel. staff are attentive with great service mindset. location is great with CVS store just by the room and all food and scenic spots in walking distance.

O nosso 7o aniversário de casamento FOI comemorado por um hotel, e o pessoal ficou muito especial decorando a nossa sala com UMA bela surpresa!O serviço FOI fabuloso EM toda a nossa estadia, e apreciámos a atenção de todos OS detalhes. A localização do hotel no meio da montanha oferece vistas escénicas fantásticas, embora o transporte possa ser um pouco desafiador. Felizmente, o hotel fornece serviços de navegação para/desde a estação de comboio e o comboio florestal (trainamento florestal), que foi muito útil.No entanto, se você planejar ordenar a entrega de alimentos, note que alguns motoristas podem não entregar para esta área. Uma pequena descida foi a construção em curso na proximidade, que causou algum ruído (embora aceitável, porque é além do controle do hotel). Infelizmente, o pó da construção também fez a piscina parecer um pouco suja durante a nossa visita. Apesar destas pequenas questões, a nossa experiência global foi fantástica, graças à maravilhosa hospitalidade.

Currently having construction at opposite, view should be better after that. Wanted to take night view photo of Yuncheng office building unfortunately the lighting was not turned on.

Este hotel está localizado perto de estações de metro, Como Grande teatro e chinelos sul, e está localizado EM um BOM bairro com alguns restaurantes. Infelizmente, quando pedi especificamente para não fumar, o hotel serviu-me todos OS dias e tinha acesso Wi-Fi. Em geral, recomendaria que fosse uma opção orçamental em boa localização em Shenzhen.
