"On 21/02 around 2.30pm we reached at the baimajing station we supposed to find our complimentary bus to the hotel but we dont managed to get a bus. So what we did was we took a normal public buses to the hilton flower about RMB2 they gonna bring you to the haihua island no3 then to the haihua no 1 everything went smooth during check in that a one bellboy guide us till to our room with a complimentary local fruits from the hotel. We received a birthday surprise from the hotel side management and really love the effort ❤️. The room is so spacious and well maintained. The place was so calm which is i would say to those one need a perfect peaceful vacation may go to haihua island. The hotel got provided buggy services to any island area and just need to book in advance. And the hotel was so convenient with walking distance you may go to the food street restaurant and outlet clearance stocks high end brand area. And to those muslim that a 2 halal restaurant which is so convenient and affordable price. And oh yea the hotel breakfast i a lot of choices that a western and some Chinese style. And those Muslim you may get vegetarian or vegan options for your breakfast. The front desk is so friendly even that’s a language barrier but they try their best on our request with a google or we chat translate And for sure i will be back again ❤️ thank you so much for the kind and sincere service that i received, being so welcoming while i stay there and make me fill like a home ☺️"

"My room #13015 was in building 390 into a residential area in the China Ocean Flower island 3 Haodao. All was clean and well equipped, including the bathroom and all products and accessories needed. The service was kind and quickly reactive to the minor problem. I enjoyed a lot my sejour there and I strongly recommend the place."

"I went to Danzhou with my friends over the weekend. It was a little late, so I booked a room in this apartment on Ctrip. As soon as I submitted the order, a hotel manager named Zhao called us and asked if we were familiar with the hotel location. Then she sent us the location. According to the guidance she gave us, we quickly found the hotel reception location. Xiao Ke, who checked us in at that time, was very enthusiastic, guided us to the room, and helped us introduce the use of the room equipment. The room was hygienic and clean. It's comfortable. We even plugged in a mosquito killer in the bedroom. The air conditioner is very cool. The service staff should have turned it on for us in advance. I didn't expect that there is a hotel with such good service on Island No. 2. I will come back next time I come to Haihua Island."

"Плюсы: ^Цена небольшая; ^Красивый вид; ^Лофт; ^Есть стиральная машина и порошок; ^Хороший сервис; ^Отзывчивая и доброжелательная отельер; ^Встретили на остановке и довезли на электромобиле до аппартаментов; ^Красивая люстра. Минусы: ^Очень очень грязно; ^Тараканы и пауки в номере; ^Везде много паутины; ^Из приборов только большая ложка; ^Нет губки или тряпки для посуды и стола; ^Очень уставшая ванная комната, есть черная плесень; ^Кровать внизу очень жёсткая, просто будете спать на доске; ^Шланг у стиральной машины с дырой. И когда она стирает, то вся вода выливается на балкон; ^Сильно шумит холодильник. Даже обидно писать такой отзыв. Впервые с таким сталкиваемся. Но к сожалению, апартаменты совершенно не были готовы принимать гостей. Туда не заходили много месяцев, судя по количеству паутины. Очееь грязное было все. Особенно раковины, краны, на полу много чужих тёмных волос. В сливе в душе прям комки были. Внутри кухонных шкафов вообще залежи пыли, жира и крошек. Туда годами никто не заглядывал из клининга. Посуда для готовки почти вся непригодна, с ржавчиной или гарью. Видно, что номер совсем не убирали после предыдущих гостей. Но самое ужасное -это тараканы, большие страшные. Дочка как увидела это все поближе, отказалась заходить в аппартаменты. Начали в ночи искать другой отель, но потом договорились, что на следующий день все хорошо приберут, а я пока убрала пауков с паутиной, тараканов и протёрла поверхности, чтоб дочка могла зайти. на следующий день прибрали, немного. Раковины стали чище. Немного, но не все волосы из слива в душе убрали. Но волосы на полу и мебели так и остались. В итоге в сам душ мы не смогли зайти ни разу, просто неприятно, мылись у бассейна. Может так принято и нормально в этом регионе, но мы живём в другой стране и к такому совершенно не привыкли. Также мы не путешествуем со своими столовыми приборами, и что их не будет тоже не знали, было неудобно. Из остального: До дороги, где можно сесть в машину идти минут 5. Хорошие детские площадки. Хороший бассейн. Работает точно с 12:00, может и раньше. Стоит 10 юаней +10 юаней шапочка. Круги по 5 юаней. Красивая, ухоженная территория. Милая приятная отельер, которая очень старалась нам помочь. Как выйти на главную дорогу из комплекса, слева начинаются кафе и магазины и так до самого 1 острова. До 1 острова на машине ехать минут 10. Электромобили туда не пускают, не ловите их. Аквапарк работает. очень хороший, особенно понравился фейерверк и огромная волна в бассейне вечером. Киногород красивый. но большая часть закрыта."

"Had a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc. Some suggestions: - Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool. - For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests. - I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first."

"因為看了親愛的客棧，就和朋友約着一起來海南來個環島旅行，網上剛好有優惠套餐，就決定住在這裏的，因為行程比較多，所以在這就住了一個晚上，對這次的選擇我和我朋友都非常滿意，剛到銀灘站酒店的工作人員就已經在站口等着我們了，到酒店後也非常貼心的準備好茶點和下午茶，整體感覺非常愜意，放鬆，工作人員態度非常好，也很細心因為我們想利用一天的時間多體驗一點項目，他們會把整個行程給我們安排的很完美，我們也很滿意整個的體驗，正好趕上大退潮，趕海也抓到很多螃蟹，第二天還會做好螃蟹粥（自己抓的🦀）給我們，非常鮮美，海邊的日落也非常美，隨便抓拍都美美出片。晚上工作人員還給我們送了兩杯調酒，下次時間更充足的時候會再來！"

"Перед въездом обязательно уточните код для заселения. Без знания китайского языка очень сложно выяснить как попасть в комнату. Делала это через поддержку Trip. Бронировалась комната одна, заселение произошло в другую. Заселили раньше, за что спасибо менеджеру которая нам помогала. Территория красивая и ухоженная, есть бассейн за дополнительную плату. Комната небольшая. Полотенца одноразовые, принадлежности все есть. Стены грязноваты, но это не критично если вам переночевать только. Само расположение комплекса удобное, недалеко до основных развлечений. Рядом есть все необходимое:магазины, кафе. Вид из окна шикарный"
