"The room and hotel was very nice. Friendly staff as well. The only issue is the windows and doors are too thin. If you’re trying to go to sleep early it’s impossible. Sounds from people outside, in the hallway and people sliding furniture around constantly"

"Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜"

"The stay at the Danzhou Seaview Baili Hotel was very pleasant. The check in was convenient and all staff very friendly. The room had a quite modern appearance , was decently equipped and was quite big. Sadly we didnt get a sea/ port sided room, otherwise the view would probably have also been great. The roomservice came every day between 8 and 9 for cleaning and reequipping the room. My only wish would be that when they knock the door twice, they actually wait a little longer for a response. They always entered very quickly and didnt give me enough time to even reach the door and open. The breakfast selection is probably the only thing that was a little disappointing. Not that many choices and only some minor changes every day. Especially the limited fruit selection is a bit sad, given the availability on Hainan. But for the pricepoint of the hotel I dont want to complain much. The food was alright and will definitely get you full. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and streetvendors that provide decent choices for dinner. Now to the big plus point, the free of charge clothes washing service (basic washing and drying). Quick and efficient, and you always have fresh clothes given the hot climate. Lastly the hotel also offers a free afternoon tea and snack service at the top floor. Again the choices are very limited, but it is still a nice thing to have. Thanks for the stay."

The front desk representative, Ms. Li, was quick and welcoming, and even offered helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, the bedding so comfortable I fell asleep right away, and there was absolutely no odor. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was varied and fresh, catering to every taste. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to taxis and public transportation, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Upon check-out, the staff even thoughtfully asked about my stay, which was a real plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to friends. It's truly worth it!"
