"這個酒店在小市一莊裡麪，房間出去就是荷花池等各種景觀，非常方便，孩子也很高興。但是訂酒店贈送小市一莊的門票，辦理入住當天，我們跟門口服務員詢問怎麼入園，讓我們找窗口，窗口一個穿黑衣服的大姐讓服務員帶我們去辦理入住，辦完入住一進房間，上個客人退房的還沒打掃，我説你給我換個打掃完的，服務員説沒有，讓我們等着。行，那就等着吧。下午我們出園區去水洞玩，不知道怎麼出園區，回來需要什麼憑證入園，我們就去入口問，服務員頭都不抬，就在那搓她那胳膊，説上那邊，我們又去她説的那邊問窗口，窗口那黑衣服大姐一指説去那邊，又給我們支回服務員那邊，我們就又去問那搓胳膊服務員，最後我説你們什麼態度，踢皮球呢，才有個服務員讓我們出園區，整個園區玩的項目挺多的，夜景也很好看，但感覺管理混亂。"

Some of the lodgings are equipped with KTV, open-air hot springs, children's facilities, large balconies and barbecue areas. "相較於它的價格而言，衞生，設施都遠遠達不到800的保準（我預訂的那天是800）。灰塵很多，因為是在溪水邊的小木屋，落地窗應該觀賞美景的重要因素，但是感覺像是用臟了的抹布塗抹了玻璃一樣灰濛濛的。床鋪的被褥有些潮，因為是小溪邊我多少可以理解。浴室和衞生間下水道的真的味道很重。正中間的大燈也是壞的，沒有燈衹有線漏在外邊。我們家3口人住了2晚4間房除了大床麻將套房感覺還算對得起8百多的價格。其他三間真的覺的很不值得那個價位，第一天住的雙床的房間價位較低但是黴味有點大，其他的還好畢竟3百多的價位不要求太多。但是八百多的那件小木屋真的不建議。（樓梯也是有點鬆動了）租房的小姐姐還有早飯的小姐姐人都很nice熱情。"

"本次入住的民宿在環境與地理位置上優勢顯著。客房推窗即享景區般景緻，視野開闊且空氣清新；距大邊溝景區車程僅十餘分鐘，次日清晨前往可停靠景區近鄰停車場，能有效規避擁堵，為行程節省了時間。
但住宿體驗存在明顯不足，與一千餘元的房費不匹配。客房初看乾淨透亮，仔細觀察卻發現床單殘留頭髮，枕頭上有疑似血漬或油漬的印記；衞生間淋浴後地面積水嚴重，排水功能失效，影響使用便利性。
此外，民宿餐廳管理混亂問題突出。尤其在假期遊客集中時段，用餐秩序雜亂，工作人員尤其是餐廳女經理應對能力不足。雖能感受到餐廳經理較為忙碌，但整體統籌協調效果不佳，未能有效疏導客流、保障服務質量。
作為毗鄰4A級景區的民宿，未來接待量預計持續穩定，建議從長遠經營角度出發，加強餐廳管理人員與一線員工的專業培訓，提升服務意識與應急處置能力，確保在客流高峯時也能提供有序、優質的服務，進一步匹配景區周邊的住宿定位。"

UUsuário convidado超預期的温泉民宿體驗！徹底被細節打動！上週末入住了本溪的這家温泉民宿，整體體驗遠超預期！首先必須誇誇。衞生條件：房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟乾淨，毛巾和浴袍都有淡淡的消毒清香，連角落都找不到一絲灰塵。温泉池每天定時清潔，水質清澈見底，泡完皮膚滑滑的，完全不用擔心衞生問題。環境：更是沒得説！民宿藏在山腳下，推開窗就是鬱鬱葱葱的樹林，空氣特別清新。房間是原木風格的裝修，搭配暖色燈光，温馨又治癒。晚上泡着私湯看山景，白天在露台喝茶聽鳥鳴，瞬間逃離城市的喧囂。服務：老闆和店員的服務也特別貼心，主動幫忙提行李，還送了當地特色的梨汁和温泉蛋。細節處處到位：浴室備了防滑墊、洗手枱有消毒液，連温泉邊的拖鞋都擺放得整整齊齊。下次來本溪一定二刷！強烈推薦給追求品質和鬆弛感的朋友！酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象

The family tatami and cabin tatami we stayed in were perfectly comfortable for a family of four, with no cramped space. Each room had its own private bathroom. Some rooms don't have bathrooms; if you're unsure, ask customer service. I added the owner on WeChat. When I come back from a trip, I order food in advance. The Strolling Chicken is delicious, the courtyard is beautiful, and the food is delicious. I plan to come back here in the fall when I come to Guanmenshan. My family will have picked all the apples, and the kids love them. The cabins also have electric blankets, which are convenient for setting the timer before bedtime, as it can get damp on rainy days. There's a small river right outside the door, and the water is shallow and clear. It rained one day when I came, so I could just wade in the water. It was great!

UUsuário anônimo和朋友們一起都是帶孩子出遊，選擇時因為是新開的，想着環境會好一些，果然沒失望，房間很乾凈整潔衞生非常好，而且我們是晚餐早餐都在這裏吃的，可以點餐吃飯.很方便。老闆居然也是我們大連人，老鄉見老鄉很親切哈哈，人也很好，真實評價，真心推薦這家店入住。

早晚温差較大，注意增加衣物！
還有，如果不是自駕，那麼在中途多兩個出租電話，還是有用的！
