Stayed here the last night of Italian holiday. Booked because it seemed close to the airport & we had an early flight the next morning. Disappointed there is no airport shuttle so had to get an Uber €30. Room was ok, small but nice & comfortable for 1 night. The main issue, other than no airport shuttle was the service in the restaurant. For our last dinner of the holiday, this was a very underwhelming experience. The food was ok, limited menu. I had pasta which was ok, my partner had risotto which was also ok. The service was terrible. The waiter, an older man, was so rude & didn't seem to care at all about any of the guests. He made us feel very unwelcome, like we were ruining his evening. We also witnessed him barking at other guests when they innocently tried to sit at a table. Worst service & therefore worst meal of our 11 day trip. Expectations were not even high. I would not return, despite the lower price of the room in comparison, next time I would pay more for a hotel located closer to the airport with easier access.

Spent a night at Montini on my way to Rome via Milan due to cancellation of direct flight from bankrupt airline Alitalia. Must say they handled it nicely, shuttle collection from Linate and again next morning to the airport, dinner and breakfast included. The Montini hotel where we spent the night is a typical business style hotel and restaurant. The room I was given was bright, warm and very comfortable. Bed was comfi and there was a choice between hard or soft cushion, the en-suite was large (although shower a bit tight). Breakfast very good too with a large selection of savoury and sweet. IMPRESSIVE CLEANLINESS, sheeting and towels as clean as anything clean. Bathroom couldn't be faulted. Reccomended if you are driving to Milan or flying via Linate and need to spend the night.

Situated close to airport with a free 5min shuttle that arrives every ten-fifteen minutes which is the best feature. Hotel room and condition was very clean, bathroom was immaculate. Hotel lets itself down service wise in the restaurant. We told the waiter we were ready to order dessert twice and waited over 25mins and he did not return. The other dissapoin**ent was air conditioning. Couldn't figure out how to get it working properly in the room and it was far from intuitive. Therefore was unable to sleep at all and had a very uncomfortable night followed by a 6am departure.

I find this hotel extremely stress-free. I mean, let’s face it, all you want the night before your flight is a good night’s sleep, right? Worth its weight in gold. Rooms are clean, basic and modern-looking and I love the nice touch of the floor light that’s under the bed. When you have to make a midnight jaunt to the restroom, the clever little under bed light comes on to light your way and not wake you up. A/C is whisper quiet and keeps a steady temperature, another feature that will help keep a light sleeper like me comfortably asleep. The blackout curtains work wonderfully as well. Getting to the hotel, as other reviewer have mentioned, can be just a little challenging. Once you learn how to walk there, you’ll see that walking is an excellent choice. I’ve stayed here when their shuttle was running, and that is handy, and I’ve stayed here when it was not. I find that walking is fine for me, but I understand that folks with a ton of luggage can’t do this easily. The problem is that Milanese cab drivers do charge a minimum. So, on a 6 euro fare, they might have to charge you 14 euro. Ouch. To get the the center of Milan, the handy number 73 bus runs every 10 minutes from the airport all day every day. It does stop running around 8 or 9pm, so do check if you are a night owl. Food and drink—the breakfast is a full breakfast, not just pastries. As for the other food, it’s “basic” . The staff here are all very sweet.

As it says in the title, average hotel in dire need of an upgrade. The staff are lovely, the food is average and the rooms are bland and in need of upgrading. The bathroom in my room especially (the opening to the shower was only fit for ”skinny” people). The reception area and bar while dated are very nice but you wouldnt want to spend much time there. The location of the hotel is good, plenty of places to eat literally on the doorstep and the underground to the centre of Milan is only a short 10/15 min walk away. All in all, its not the worst hotel I've stayed in but unless you are getting it at a discounted rate then I'd consider others in the area instead.

Great secret apartment getaway in a residential building near San Donato Railway Station and Subway Station in Milan. The place has everything you need for an extended stay. It is a fully furnished 1BR apartment. The owner is a wonderful man who takes impeccable care of his property and loves interacting with people. This is a gem of a place. Definitely worth the visit for anyone staying near Linate airport

I find this hotel extremely stress-free. I mean, let’s face it, all you want the night before your flight is a good night’s sleep, right? Worth its weight in gold. Rooms are clean, basic and modern-looking and I love the nice touch of the floor light that’s under the bed. When you have to make a midnight jaunt to the restroom, the clever little under bed light comes on to light your way and not wake you up. A/C is whisper quiet and keeps a steady temperature, another feature that will help keep a light sleeper like me comfortably asleep. The blackout curtains work wonderfully as well. Getting to the hotel, as other reviewer have mentioned, can be just a little challenging. Once you learn how to walk there, you’ll see that walking is an excellent choice. I’ve stayed here when their shuttle was running, and that is handy, and I’ve stayed here when it was not. I find that walking is fine for me, but I understand that folks with a ton of luggage can’t do this easily. The problem is that Milanese cab drivers do charge a minimum. So, on a 6 euro fare, they might have to charge you 14 euro. Ouch. To get the the center of Milan, the handy number 73 bus runs every 10 minutes from the airport all day every day. It does stop running around 8 or 9pm, so do check if you are a night owl. Food and drink—the breakfast is a full breakfast, not just pastries. As for the other food, it’s “basic” . The staff here are all very sweet.

Buyer beware - This hotel is NOT close to the airport. It is a 12-minute cab ride away, and the hotel does not have a shuttle. A cab ride to/from Lenate airport will cost you a minimum of 22 euro and as much as 40 euro if you need the cab in ”off-hours” - as we did at 4:30 a.m. - to catch our early morning flight. The hotel itself is fine. It offers the basic amenities and is clean enough. But if you're choosing a place for airport convenience, this isn't really it. Factor in the additional cost and time needed for taxis.

Stayed here the last night of Italian holiday. Booked because it seemed close to the airport & we had an early flight the next morning. Disappointed there is no airport shuttle so had to get an Uber €30. Room was ok, small but nice & comfortable for 1 night. The main issue, other than no airport shuttle was the service in the restaurant. For our last dinner of the holiday, this was a very underwhelming experience. The food was ok, limited menu. I had pasta which was ok, my partner had risotto which was also ok. The service was terrible. The waiter, an older man, was so rude & didn't seem to care at all about any of the guests. Spent a night at Montini on my way to Rome via Milan due to cancellation of direct flight from bankrupt airline Alitalia. Must say they handled it nicely, shuttle collection from Linate and again next morning to the airport, dinner and breakfast included. The Montini hotel where we spent the night is a typical business style hotel and restaurant. The room I was given was bright, warm and very comfortable. Bed was comfi and there was a choice between hard or soft cushion, the en-suite was large (although shower a bit tight). Breakfast very good too with a large selection of savoury and sweet. IMPRESSIVE CLEANLINESS, sheeting and towels as clean as anything clean. Bathroom couldn't be faulted. Reccomended if you are driving to Milan or flying via Linate and need to spend the night.
