It’s clean and the staff is nice. I felt safe and the parking lot looked safe. The breakfast had bagels. The bed was comfortable. However, it’s an old hotel that I think might have last been renovated in the 1990s. It’s ugly and the pillows were small. It’s ok for 1 night.

When I booked the room I asked for an accessible shower meaning one that was flat with the floor. We got an accessible room with a tub/shower with a support bar. I decided to do with it for 2 nights. Later that night I realizes that our King bed was a Queen. The normal information book that you find in a room did not exist. I went to the front desk and asked for a TV channel listing. The one that they gave me was off by 3 numbers on every channel. The next day we went out sight seeing and came back in the afternoon to find that our room had not been addressed by housekeeping. I talked to a housekeeper in the hall and was told that we were not on his list. He also said that they do not do housekeeping every day unless you requested it at the front desk. This was the first that I heard of this. I told the front desk clerk that we needed fresh bathroom linen. He said that he would leave a note for his relief who would be there in 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later I went to the front desk and the relief knew nothing about it. She did give me some fresh towels,, etc.

The location was great with restraunts nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was far better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The complaints were few. There was a high pitched ringing noise from the vent in the bathroom. It was random and not present long enough to be able to report to staff. The hallway smelled strongly of ********* at intermittent times during our overnight stay. We would stay again despite the slight issues.

Stayed at this hotel during a trip to Fort Wayne for a family function. It is relatively new hotel and is maintained in an excellent manner. It is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby area is large and spacious with plenty of area to sit, relax and chat. There's a fairly large breakfast area also. The rooms are also clean, modern and up to date. Our room was quiet and had a large TV with a good cable selection, as well as a coffee maker and refrigerator. The furniture was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were also clean and modern. Room service came in and provided new towels, cleaned up and changed the bed linens - something I have not seen since the start of Covid. There's plenty of free parking and several restaurants, gas stations and a wine/beer store within walking distance. Parkview Hospital is close by also. This is a great hotel in a newer area with easy access to the Interstate. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler - nothing but positive comments about this hotel, and I've stayed at a lot of different places. Well done!!!
