El entorno está muy bien y cuidado, el desayuno y demás comidas un poco escaso y el personal muy amable.
Nos toco el bungalow junto a la cocina y la verdad que no fue lo más agradable, carro de limpieza todo el día en la puerta

I miss this hotel so much and it was perfect in every way. Stayed for 2 nights and only wish we had stayed longer. The staff were all exceptional and friendly.. always remembering your name.. Accommodation was luxurious, comfortable, clean, spacious and the bathroom with it’s half open shower. Thank you for making sure we had a very nice stay and we miss you all so much. We will be back one day!

Very beautiful location with great view of the sunset. All personal very kind and helpful with for example transportation to the hotel, arrangement of tours etc.
Nice to have your own bikes to get around the island.

Really nice stay. Super friendly staff. Bikes are included. Good food but you can walk to other nearby restaurants if you like. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the large room above the reception. The hotel arranged private snorkeling tour.

This place is everything!. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Lots of friendly smiles, extremely helpful staff. The hotel itself is gorgeous!! The amenities are perfect!. They had two bikes waiting for us, right outside our cabaña. Beautiful and quiet pool. The breakfast and lunch were amazing.
They even left a bedtime story with some candy by our bed, every night.
When we left, the staff went outside to waive goodbye, I almost cried!.
Thank you Vyaana resort for making our stay in Gili air, absolutely perfect.
Your staff is amazing!! 👏👏👏 I'm recommending this place to all my friends visiting Bali and Lombok.

Stayed for 2 nights as family of 4. Large room with 2 double beds and big bathroom, straight into large terrace overlooking pool and beach. Our Villa was above the reception area. Free bikes to use during our stay - few issues with dodgy chains but they just swapped bikes over. Staff all lovely. Arranged for us to be met when we arrived off the ferry, and got us horse/cart transport to Vyaana. Made special birthday breakfast for my son. Good breakfast. Didn’t eat here in the evenings as they didn’t sell alcohol. No hesitation in recommending a stay here.

I can not understand all the positive ratings, there are some points which make this accommodation not worth the price! - at night you hear the music and bass from party on Gili Taranwangan. We could not sleep. - in the cabins they spray some poison to kill the mosquitoes, spiders, etc. Problem here for was that also geckos get killed. They killed 20 cm big ones... Very sad! - this treatment make the whole Hut stinky, very disgusting and can not be healthy... - Toilette old and not clean - the high price, at least we payed more as in Pink Coco, which is a paradise compared to here... Sorry! We checked out one day earlier, for that they organized a private transport to Lombok. Thank you for that. ++ private chairs at beach ++ bike rent for free + breakfast was good + staff is very friendly

This is the second time we have stayed at Vyaana on Gili Air. The pictures don't do it justice. This place is magnificent. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. The villa is lovely surrounded by beautiful tranquil gardens. A beautiful pool to swim in which overlooks the beach. They even have free bikes for use around the island. The breakfast is great with so many choices. I honestly cannot give one negative about Vyaana. We will be back again next year.

Good hotel with good services and nice staff, we stayed for four nights and they always asked the night before for tomorrow breakfast and provide information that we need. The room clean with open air for shower area and the hotel in front of the beach
