Newly renovated and well maintained property. There are only two electric outlets in the room - for the tea kettle and in the closet, hence no place to charge phones. They served a very bacis breakfast. Staff at the reception upon arrival seemed very unfriendly, maybe because they didn't speak English or were very busy with their phones. A 1000 baht deposit for a one-night stay seems way too much.

The breakfast really average, and if you come at 9 ish the food was empty, they won't top up the food, we usually go to 7 11 after having breakfast in the hotel because the food is not enough really pointless to having breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure why they forced us to having room with breakfast while they can provide enough food. reception Name Ann the only girl at reception really rude, love to yell and talk to you in the bad way, the worst reception I ever met in my life. Luckily the other reception name Thanakryt was nice and really accommodate. If its not for my brother skate training that just 3 min walk from this hotel we won't stay here. Also the staff having meals together with you in breakfast so with really small amounts of food you not just compete with guests but also with staff 🤣😂

O hotel é limpo. O recepcionista é muito bom. É um muçulmano.A sala é espaçosa, limpa e o ar condicionado é fresco. No geral, não há nada de errado. O preço é barato. Recomendo-o se você vier visitar. Há café e pão Na manhã.

At first, I'm not very certain, but it turns out that it's not so ”risky'. The location is just right - it's not that far from the mall if you can find the short cut (12 minutes). I like that there're two large tables, so that I can have one for eating and another one for work. Another good thing is that you can add an extra lock to the door. They also have washing machine on the same floor so that you don't need to bring your clothes outside to wash. Lastly, staff is nice and check-in/out is simple.

The hotel is ok just for a night of business. The room is clean with a minimum amenity, better prepare your own toiletries. I find that the hotel is isolated from community, be aware of walking to 7/11 at night.

The palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.  On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive  One negative - no kettle  For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .

Booked for someone else. They had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It may be more on the budget-friendly side, but it truly gets the job done! The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. The location was a real highlight—close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around and explore. Pantip and The Mall Ngamwongwan is just around the corner. If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills option in a convenient spot, this is a solid choice. Will book again.

As paredes do quarto são demasiado finas. Pode ouvir o som do carro do exterior à noite, claro. O wifi não é forte, MAS o quarto é limpo, cheiro, refrescante, excelente serviço, amigável.

What I loved most was the facilities that are accessible for disabled people like me, from wheelchair ramps to seating and handrails in the bathroom. Highly recommended!
