"the sky seaside deluxe is spacious, clean and tidy, and it is located very close to the beach. sawasdee coco is located at one end of sai kaew beach, while it is still near other major beach restaurants, with fire shows, e.g. winkks, grand view and tonsak. it is worth mentioning that the staff are attentive. when i get to the sky seaside deluxe, i need to pass a short passageway via the beach and go up to the second floor. when i check out, the housekeeping staff members were just passed by and they proactively came to us and help us brought our luggages, not just to the front desk, but to the songthaew station. much appreciate that."

"O serviço aqui foi péssimo. Não limparam o quarto e deixaram apenas duas garrafas de água na porta. Para conseguir toalhas novas ou para jogar o lixo fora, tive que ir pessoalmente à recepção. Além disso, o banheiro é muito estranho: a parede não é alta o suficiente, então dá para ouvir as pessoas do quarto ao lado tomando banho, e a luz e o som delas entram. A grade no fundo do quarto nem sequer tem vidro, permitindo a entrada livre de mosquitos e outros insetos. Quando mencionei isso aos funcionários, eles não foram nada prestativos e apenas disseram que todos os quartos eram assim. Não recomendo, não vale o dinheiro. Serviço péssimo."

"Проживали в вилле. Чекин произошел значительно раньше на 4ч, за что огромное спасибо персоналу отеля! При этом нас предупредили что две кровати односпальные, попросили одну двухспальную, в течение 20 минут пока осматривали территорию отеля нам сделали двухспальную. В отеле два бассейна, один с видом на море, другой с видом на виллы. Оба бассейна чистые. Удобства в вилле: в номере имеется две бутылки воды, кофе машина(капсульная и две капсулы кофе), сейф, зонтики, полотенца, холодильник, чайник, расчестка, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, шапочка для душа. И что самое поразительное это душ и отдельное помещение с ванной. Сама территория отеля находится в самом краю пляжа ao noi na. Территория тихая, закрытая, пляж тихий спокойный без толп туристов практический частный пляж. При этом в море есть морские ежи, на наших глазах несколько туристов наступили на морских ежей, персонал отеля помог им обработать раны. На ресепшене есть предупреждение о морских ежах. На территории есть ресторан. Еда вкусная но из минусов, еду готовят очень долго, в течение часа ожидали два блюда. В ресторане так же проходят завтраки. завтраки плотные вкусные, на любой вкус. Общее впечатление от отеля превосходное, надеюсь в следующую поездку на остров самет остановимся там вновь! Спасибо большое персоналу. Всем однозначно рекомендую к проживанию."

"The location is really far off. In the last corner of the island. If you don’t have a motorcycle you don’t get around well. There is a shuttle bus which costs around 120 to get to the main area one way for two, but it isn’t that reliable. It is supposed to leave once per hour at 30min after the full hour but sometimes it leaves 5min early and you are stranded for the hour, sometimes you wait until 45min after the hour. The friendlieness of the staff was from super genuinely friendly and helpful to „ I don’t give the slightest **** for you“ really depends on the person. Breakfast was good, especially the thai soups. Eating dinner there is very expensive and not that good. The restaurant location outside is spectacular. With view over the sea in many directions. The huts where you stay are simply too small. I. Essence only a bed that you can walk around. No desk or something. No shelves or something where you could store or hang clothes. You have to live out of the luggage your suitcase. The issue is : there is only space to have one opened at the time, no space for two. That makes it rather inconvenient. The water in the romm is in glass bottles , but it is actually tab water smells like chlorine. I gor stomach pain drinking only one. We were told if we need drinking water , we must use the overpriced water from the minibar. The beach wasn’t that great. You don’t walk on sand and there was lots of rubble in the water, not pleasant to swim. I would not go there again"

"My 5-night stay here was great! Very central location. Walking distance from the pier (about 8 mins). About 5 minutes to the beach. Close to all the restaurants, cafes, bars, 7-11s in down town. My room was very clean and orderly. Had everything I needed. Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the island. Highly recommended."

"We stayed for 5 days in September. The weather was lovely and sunny, with occasional rain at night. The tides were quite noticeable: low in the morning, high in the evening. The beach itself was partially rocky, but past the pier, it was sandy. We had booked a family room with two beds, so we were very grateful when they upgraded us to two separate, adjoining rooms in one bungalow. Our room was well-equipped with a new air conditioner, bathrobes, umbrellas, a beach bag, coffee-making facilities, bottled water, and toiletries (even a hair tie!). A hairdryer was also provided, and the bed featured a lovely canopy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider returning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with anything we needed, such as arranging a tuk-tuk to another hotel for 200 baht. Breakfasts were satisfactory. However, we were quite disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food quality was poor; dishes were often undercooked or had small portions. The menu photos didn't accurately represent the food, and the dish descriptions were incorrectly translated. Subsequently, we opted to dine at a nearby family-run beach eatery, which served delicious and affordable meals."

"A nice hotel located near the pier. Rooms are big and very comfortable for the price.  Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The person at check-in showed us to the room and left the property. We couldn’t access the safe and wanted to rent a motorbike, but on calling them they didn’t want to come back to deal with it.  Overall though a good value place and would definitely stay again."

"Toda a experiência foi boa. Dirigi até a recepção no cais e a recepcionista deixou você escolher com antecedência o seu aroma de aromaterapia e sabonete preferido. O processo de chegada ao hotel foi todo feito de lancha. éramos apenas três, e o hotel também providenciou arranjos separados. Não houve custo extra para a lancha nos levar até lá. A praia privada deve ser a melhor praia de Koh Samet No geral, a equipe do hotel tem um senso de serviço muito forte. O serviço nas várias ilhas que estive em Sacks é praticamente o mesmo."

"Não vou há três anos. Analisei as informações relevantes quando fui. Fiquei um pouco no fundo do poço, mas experimentei isso pessoalmente. O geral é quase o mesmo de antes, mas não há navio grátis. A recepção do cais é óbvia. 300 baht, você pode ir diretamente para a praia de Wangde'an. A ponte em declive levará cerca de 20 metros até o resort. Enviei uma foto do horário da lancha. Espero que seja útil para todos! Wangdean também morou várias vezes. Agora foi reformado. O espaço dentro da casa é grande. O ambiente é o mesmo de antes. Barra de oxigênio natural, a natureza entra nos padrões online!"

"Location is good, but the facilities are old and not really well taken care of. As mentioned by other reviews, the price does not match what you get. It’s located on one of the more quiet beaches on the island, and especially at night, it is not easy to reach the more lively areas of the island. If coming back to Koh Samet I would not chose this accommodation again."
