Stayed for 2D1N at this hotel, and we feel lucky to have found it for our mom’s 68th birthday. The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern industrial and Filipino elements—very aesthetic! We booked two superior rooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. Water is conveniently accessible in the hallway, and the Wi-Fi is fast! We also appreciated that each floor requires a keycard to access the hallways, adding a sense of security and privacy, especially since some floors are shared with function rooms. The pool was spacious and not too deep, which worked well even without a dedicated kiddie pool. We also loved the floors! From the rooms to the carpeted hallways and the outdoor areas, our one-year-old enjoyed toddling around safely since the surfaces weren’t slippery. The breakfast? Superb. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in Quezon City, this one offered a wider variety with really flavorful options. I even got to enjoy taho for the first time at a hotel—such a nice touch! We also appreciated that they have their own coffee shop onsite. And lastly, the staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Even those who seemed new were well-trained and professional. Overall, we were very satisfied. My husband and I already agreed—we’ll definitely book here again later this year! P.S. If you're planning to book, a couple of things to keep in mind: The main entrance involves a flight of stairs, so if you’re coming with someone who has mobility needs, just take note. There may be an elevator from the basement parking, but best to check ahead. Since the hotel leans toward a modern industrial style, some fixtures and furniture have sharp edges. If you’re bringing a toddler, just keep an extra eye out.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Value and Comfort in the Heart of QC! I had a wonderful stay at Go Hotel Timog! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a relaxing sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection — perfect for work and streaming. If you’re looking for an affordable yet quality stay in Quezon City, Go Hotel Timog is definitely a top choice. Will surely book again!

Cleanliness is okay although we can smell something under the bed and it’s really not okay for me as a person that has an asthma. The location is very accessible cause it’s just right beside highway, the only problem is we can hear the sound of trains. About the service, we don’t have an access to telephone since it’s not working. We still have to go back to the lobby to request something, and when we request something, they won’t be able to fulfill it. Ending, we didn’t get the utensils we asked for. Amenities are fine. We got 2 boxes of kits which includes 3 toothbrushes, shampoo, and soaps. I love the part our room got bathtub.

We have been checking-in in SOGO for so many times, we are very satisfied with their amenities and service also, the food napakasarap. Till nexttime 😊

This is my regular hotel of choice whenever we have an event at the Araneta Center. The usual, friendly staff and simple amenities but location is perfect. Please workout on your cleanliness where a lot of areas to improve especially the bedbox and the bathroom.

Our stay was generally pleasant. The customer service was excellent from the guard to the receptionist and the staff who assisted us, everyone was courteous and accommodating. However, since the room is quite old and outdated, it would be great if they could improve some amenities. Providing complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries (such as a toothbrush) would be appreciated. Adding hand towels, updating the bed sheets to a softer texture, and replacing the old chair — which may pose some risk — would also enhance the guest experience. Additionally, upgrading the TV amenities would make the stay more enjoyable.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay, for my fiance's birthday. Luckily we were given, a room that the air conditioning is good. They only forgot to have the complimentary slippers inside, but when we raised that issue on their front desk. They brought it to our room, immediately. So that's a plus. Their staffs are also very accommodating, and approachable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, close to shops. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could offer a bit more variety. Overall, a pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again!

I had a good stay at Residence Hotel in Cubao. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transport, malls, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the facilities are a bit basic, it’s still great value for the price. Overall, it’s a solid and affordable place to stay in Cubao.
