Had a great stay at this hotel as always. This was my 4th or 5th visit and they never disappoint. The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. The staff were consistently warm, professional and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

A localização era perfeita, perto de lojas de conveniência e restaurantes. A equipe foi simpática e facilitou o check-in. Nosso quarto era limpo e espaçoso, com uma bela vista da cidade. A cama era confortável e gostei de ter um bebedouro do lado de fora do quarto. No geral, nós realmente gostamos da nossa estadia 😉

Tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui. A unidade tinha tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia confortável e conveniente: mesas de trabalho/estudo, mesa de jantar, ventilador, chinelos, produtos de higiene pessoal, utensílios de cozinha, pratos e talheres, geladeira, micro-ondas e muito mais. Estava limpo, bem equipado e cuidadosamente conservado. Também fiz um pedido e eles garantiram que fosse atendido, o que eu realmente apreciei. Além disso, há um shopping com restaurantes e um supermercado aberto até as 21h bem no térreo. Altamente recomendado!

Great rooms, superb pest control. Water pressure is consistently good (hot/cold). Staffs are accomodating and professional. The food is pretty standard (buffet breakfast). Wish they have private onsen but you can still enjoy the pool with glass bottom if your not into naked bath. The antidote bar will definitely one of our favorite amenity (360 makati skyline). Wifi is slow on some parts of the hotel, i suggest that the management upgrade their tv to a smart one that is capable of streaming. Overall the experience was worth the price.

Fiquei no Red Planet Amorsolo por uma noite em 31 de janeiro de 2024 e fiz o check-out na manhã seguinte. A localização em Makati é muito acessível, com uma loja 7-Eleven convenientemente localizada no subsolo e vários restaurantes a uma curta distância a pé. Os seguranças foram simpáticos e prestativos, o que contribuiu para a experiência positiva. O preço é mais acessível em comparação com outros hotéis da região, tornando-o uma boa opção econômica. No entanto, seria ainda melhor se oferecessem uma boa opção de café da manhã para complementar a estadia. No geral, é um ótimo lugar para estadias curtas, especialmente para quem busca conveniência e preços acessíveis em Makati.

What an amazing difference an experience compared to several years ago when I used to stay regularly at this hotel. The attention to detail is outstanding compared to it used to be. The check in and out is fast and efficient, greeted with a smile. They even welcomed me back, paying attention to the fact I'd been a previous guest. Want to leave your deposit via a card? No problem at all. No insisting that you go to an atm to draw our cash!! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and hot, with a good variety of both Western and Filipino dishes. The only thing missing was some lovely fried bacon.😎🙏 Staff in the restaurant were always on duty, ensuring that tables were clean quickly and efficiently. The chef and kitchen staff were always checking on the amount of food available for guests and refilling as quickly as possible. Every single member of staff from the pool attendant to the housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant had a smile, even security were present, but not in your face. The only thing that could be improved, as always, is the issue with the elevators. It's something that is historic for this building and they take forever to service each floor. I know that they are maintaining the other elevators and I assume trying to get them back in fully functioning form. Once that happens, I believe that the experience will be 100 percent perfect. Sometimes you could be waiting for 10 minutes just to get the elevator to reach your floor and when you're trying to get downstairs to jump in your grab car that's waiting. It's no joke. One final little request that could make the experience a little better, is to update and refurbish the equipment in the gym. and put the aircon system back in fully working operation, And double cheque some of the water pressure issues with the showers at times. At times you would get hot water, other times you'd get lukewarm water. Sometimes it would be full force, other times it would be a dribble. These are minor issues though. And overall, my experience compared to previous times was outstanding.

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

Os recepcionistas eram muito bons e bem-vindos, que eu realmente apreciava. No entanto, as camas de montagem não tinham cortinas nem qualquer tipo de cobertura de privacidade. Tive de pendular o tapete para criar alguma separação e usou o meu próprio tapete para dormir. Um dos convidados (um visitante indiano) estava bastante barulhento durante a noite, e a porta manteve-se a fazer barulhos estranhos quando as pessoas vieram e saíram.Enquanto o pessoal era bom, a experiência de dormir não era muito confortável.
