"The location is along the main road and it’s close to everything, just need to walk few minutes if you want to see local stores. The staffs are accommodating and friendly, I feel like I was warmly welcomed. Amenities are also fine, is just that there is not enough toiletries, e.g. toothpaste, toothbrush etc. Plus they don’t provide a new toilet rag everyday. The ceiling fan too is too noisy, kinda like the sound of a helicopter. Maybe this could be improved for the guests to enjoy more their stay. Nevertheless, it’ was still a good experience"

O local é lindo, com uma paisagem natural deslumbrante que permanece bastante selvagem, proporcionando o cenário perfeito para uma propriedade que inclui um hotel, vilas e acomodações de glamping. Ficamos no hotel, mas também recomendamos as vilas, que foram ocupadas por nossos amigos — elas estão aninhadas em uma área verde exuberante e são muito bem cuidadas. Há uma pequena piscina disponível para os hóspedes, localizada na área de glamping. O resort também oferece massagens relaxantes e a oportunidade de reservar excursões. O restaurante oferece um cardápio limitado, mas os pratos são bem preparados, e a pizza, em particular, atende aos altos padrões italianos. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nacpan Beach Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. Whether it was a sunrise stroll along the shore or a sunset view from my room, every moment was picture-perfect. One of the most memorable experiences was gazing at the starry sky at night. "For its price-to-quality ratio, this is a good place. All the necessary shops, ATMs, the pier, and cafes are nearby. It's quite noisy, like everywhere in the city center, but the hotel offers earplugs, which helps a bit. The staff at the front desk are excellent! Breakfast is included in the price."

"This is a simply wonderful hotel with included breakfast. We always had the cheese omelet, highly recommended! The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well, and there was hot water throughout our stay. They cleaned our room as needed. It's very close to the port and the bustling main street, but you can't hear the noise from there, it's very peaceful."

"Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area ."

"AMAZING!!! Thank you for allowing us to spend a few days in paradise!! Fantastic views, fantastic service and super kind owners!! The zany ocean floor and stays shallow far enough that it feels like a giant swimming pool! Food was great- drinks were cold and views were magnificent!  It is a bit off the main road to get there but that’s what makes it special and not packed with people- well worth the journey to get there. Highly recommend it and we hope to come back again one day soon!! Thanks again for such a fantastic experience! :)"
