Check in was late and I had to wait for a few hours. It was raining and i wanted to walk around the area but my request for an umbrella was not met. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic due to limited space. Selection was limited too.

Always a good time at Sheraton. This time I had the time to use the gym, tho small it has enough threadmills. Swimming pool is lovely in the evening too.

A porta estava fechada quando cheguei às 3:00, mas devido à entrada principal, que é fácil ver do local de recepção, não levou muito tempo para eles abrirem a porta, e eu apenas entro. O recepcionista foi muito amável e bem-vinda, bem-vinda, profissionalmente, depois de nos ter verificado, tivemos uma viagem rápida, destacando as instalações e áreas públicas. A sala, que é bastante quirky, não é difícil de manejar, enquanto não se apressar e bater à volta Da sala relativamente pequena. São construídos passos adequados para ajudar a subir e mover-se, com simples pontos de armazenamento em torno da cama, que por si só abrange cerca de metade do quarto. O outro lado do quarto é o banheiro, o que eu diria é surpreendentemente espaçoso para usar, então um quarto e um banheiro são um conjunto de quartos cilíndricos únicos. O hotel está bem planejado, os hóspedes podem se acomodar escolher seus lugares favoritos, e desfrutar de UMA vista maravilhosa do mar, e há UMA pequena praia privada abaixo Da maré. As instalações incluem piscinas, sauna, lavatórios + máquinas de secar, ginásio, biblioteca, etc. são bonitos se você precisar deles. Eu diria que o Lugar é Muito bom para casais e um pequeno passeio de refresco.Eu vivo tecnicamente Na cidade apenas meia hora de distância, MAS para fazer UMA pausa de trabalho e relaxar aqui por um dia, EU recomendaria este Lugar EM um batimento cardíaco. Certifique-se de ter as pernas para subir e descer!

This is my third time stay in this hotel. The room was great and clean. We were assigned next to the swimming pool and there is slightly noise when there is ppl passing. But there was definitely quiet and peace in the room . We did not hear any water sloshing down from the room as the design is pretty good to avoid any sound that came from washroom.  Pretty good Location with various food stalls and a mall nearby. If u are renting a car the hotel also provides carpark and is under basement. You have do not have to worry about rain or shine while picking up your family  Good job for hotel stuff and hope to keep maintaining the hotel cleanness and stay in shape.

I was there for a school reunion. Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a very easy checked-in. Hotel was unique, clean and welcoming. I love the location. Right in the centre of Kuching city. Room was very clean, a bit small but enough for both of us. Checked-out was quick & easy and no fuss. Receptionist again was friendly and professional. Thank you for a lovely stay. And our reunion was amazing. Great facilities.

There was an issue with the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was good, but some rooms didn’t have a hair dryer or a fridge. However, I was impressed because the maintenance team asked if I wanted to change rooms and directly contacted the receptionist, who immediately allowed us to do so.

Easy location halfway between Kuching airport and city centre. Very friendly guy at the reception speaks English with a US accent. The room itself was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Breakfast the choice was very limited. But what they had was pretty tasty. No coffee machine, sadly. Overal very adequate for the price they charge.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view of the river. Waking up to the scenic waterfront and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere truly enhanced the overall experience. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions along the Kuching waterfront. Overall, a great stay with comfortable rooms and a beautiful river view. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching.

Title: Great Service and Space, but Maintenance Needs Attention My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for one night 19/12/2025 in Tower A, Room 915. We booked the room with 2 Queen beds, and overall, it is still good value for money, but there are some significant maintenance issues to address. The Positives: • Space & Comfort: The room was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable—we slept well. • Utilities: The air conditioning is powerful and cold, water pressure is excellent, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable. • Service: The staff were the highlight—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. • Value: Free parking is a plus, and the breakfast buffet, while not having a huge variety, was tasty. The Negatives: • Mold: Upon entering Room 915, we were greeted by a damp mold smell. The bathroom walls, sink, and floor edges were stained with mold, and the external window view was tarnished by mold stains as well. • Pool Area: The swimming pool is nice, but there are absolutely no lounge chairs or tables. I had to place my dry clothes and towel on the wet floor, which is quite inconvenient. • Entertainment: The TV only offers local Malaysian channels. It’s a budget-friendly option if you prioritize space over modern finishings.

I booked a king size room, the room has space and it's comfy. But, 1. There is no place to sit except a bed in the room. 2. I didn't receive instructions to check in and have to make multiple calls. 3. The shower is great, however if the room next to you is showering, you can hear the water pump and it's loud. There are multiple people who shower around 1 am and it's terrible. If the sound can be controlled then it's great. Overall good to stay.
