"Parking is ample inside the hotel, so no worries if you’re driving. Check-in and check-out were smooth. On the downside, the room has taped flooring, which makes it look a bit questionable and ugly 🤔 After check-in, we had to wait for towels until 7 PM, which I’ve never experienced at other hotels.🥲 The room was adequately equipped with an iron, ironing board, and smart TV. The pool was great,kids will definitely enjoy it. Overall, it was just okay.Nothing much."

"Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. "Still ok for short stay....strong water pressure for shower..spacious and with lift..and walking distance to eatery places...Grab costs around RM10 to go to Penang airport....mattress is comfortable but the lil downside is that 1 of the bedsheet has yellow stains on it....overall it was a pleasant stay ."
