We stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy. The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited. One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day. The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient. The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful. The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am. One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys. Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

It’s an amazing place stay, ocean view over window every room. Floor heat make a cozy room. Feel safe and warm. Further more, if you’re into ocean side walk along the trail walking path right down the hotel. Very convenient to all sightseeing and the host is very friendly and warm welcoming us for the first time visiting Jeju island. Thank you for everything~ love this hotel very much.

I had a fantastic stay at Mir Guesthouse. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute bus ride from Jeju Airport. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities you might need. The owner is incredibly kind and supportive (and he speaks English), offering great recommendations for places to visit. He has an adorable little dog that adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire place feels peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast is included (you’ll need to request it a day in advance). They serve a delicious handmade egg salad sandwich with coffee or juice, a lovely way to start the day!

Service: Arrived at 12 AM Korea time, and the front desk gentleman spoke excellent Chinese, which made communication very easy. The hotel hallway was wide and smelled lovely. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet for sleeping, so the soundproofing seems good. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily. There were no disposable toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. The leather slippers weren't disposable either, so I'd recommend bringing your own slippers. Facilities: There's a kettle and a mini-fridge, with mineral water replenished daily. There are two Chinese-style power outlets, but the bedside outlets are Korean, so it's more convenient to bring your own adapter if you need one. Surroundings: The CU downstairs is open from 6:30 AM to 11 PM, but there's a 24-hour CU just 150 meters away. There are also 24-hour pollock soup and pork bone soup restaurants nearby. Compose Coffee is across the street. Overall, it's great, the streets are quiet, and it's easy to catch a taxi.

Resumindo, este hotel oferece uma estadia decente, mas é muito caro e custa um terço do preço que pagamos. Vamos começar com os pontos positivos: as camas são confortáveis, a equipe foi atenciosa, atendendo a todos os nossos pedidos, e a propriedade é limpa. Mas pelo que se paga, eu esperaria mais comodidades e mais espaço, e não esperaria um chuveiro/banheira, especialmente um que nem sequer tenha porta ou cortina que feche para evitar que a água espirre por todo o banheiro. Eu também esperaria um papel higiênico decente em vez do mais barato de uma camada disponível. É uma pena que as excelentes cortinas blackout tenham sido prejudicadas por terem sido instaladas incorretamente muito longe da janela, de modo a deixar entrar bastante luz da manhã ao redor da cortina (mas não através dela). Para fazer uma xícara de café da manhã, vasculhei os armários em busca da chaleira elétrica dentro de uma gaveta e, em seguida, procurei pelo quarto uma tomada que aceitasse o plugue. Só precisei avisar a todos que a chaleira elétrica estava no chão, entre a porta do banheiro e a cama, para que não a derrubassem acidentalmente e se queimassem, mas foi uma solução simples. Usando os copos de papel (copos de papel?!?) fornecidos, acabei usando dois sachês de café, mas mesmo assim, o café mal tinha gosto de café. De manhã, ao sair, pedimos algumas garrafas de água. Os funcionários se opuseram bastante à ideia, mas acabaram cedendo e me deram duas míseras garrafas de água. No final do dia, fiquei com medo de levar lixo de fora para o quarto, com medo de ser cobrado a mais por isso. Até onde sei, eles não se importaram com um pouco de lixo extra para descartar, e sou grato por isso. No geral, eu reservaria este hotel com prazer por um terço do preço que paguei. Mais do que isso, acho que me sinto no direito de ter um papel higiênico melhor, um chuveiro de verdade e espaço suficiente para não bater as pernas na mesa só de tentar entrar e sair da cama.

Not a real 5-star for sure. Staff very rude and arogant, facilities nothing special, BREAKFAST overpriced - they won’t let you in after 9:30, they’ll remind you twice to hurry up and they’ll kick you out at 10:00, gym and sauna too… good location if you want to hang down town and be close to the airport otherwise far from everything… No early check in- unless you want to pay 25€ to get into your room at 13:00!!!! I will definitely never come back again… too much waiting in line for everything, and little enjoyment…a waste of money! The only person that smiled and was polite was the cleaning least on Floor 15. Such a sweet soul. Mostly Chinese guests that they rip off for the big rooms and decent food… 🤯🙄😤🤬

Muito perto de lojas e locais de refeição, MAS o pessoal não ajudou, ele não sabia que autocarro para o aeroporto, e para matar pior, ele não ajudou a verificar e encontrar as rotas.O quarto não era suficiente para iluminar, era um pouco escuro à noite. O tempo de check-out não era padrão, o que era às 11h; além disso, não foi permitido nenhum check-out tardio, foi-nos pedido pagar dinheiro extra para check-out tardio.

Location is superb. 15mins to and from Jeju airport, which was a plus point when you late arrival flight and early departure flight. Walkable distance to pedestrian street with great food option. Convenience stores available just steps away.. room is spacious and clear.

This place is honestly not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The room is your average Korean hostel room (no curtains tho). The bathroom is a bit messy but overall not dirty. The location is very convenient if you are planning to explore the island by bus. For the very little price paid, I would stay at this hostel again!

A vista para o mar do quarto era incrível. O hotel fica na rua costeira, com muitos cafés e restaurantes agradáveis. O quarto é grande o suficiente para quatro pessoas. Café disponível no lobby. A recepção estará fechada à noite. É melhor avisar se você fizer o check-in tardio.
