"O hotel é chique o suficiente para o preço. É limpo e confortável. Meu amigo e eu ficamos lá por três noites, o que nos deixou uma ótima lembrança. A única desvantagem do hotel é que eles não fornecem mais escova e pasta de dentes, então você tem que comprar esses itens nas lojas de conveniência próximas. De qualquer forma, não é grande coisa, ainda assim nos divertimos muito lá. Da próxima vez que eu for a Jeju, o Robero ainda é minha escolha."

"The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate."

"Greeted by friendly hotel staffs upon arriving. It’s a decent hotel for the price paid. However it’s a little old and the carpet flooring seems to be quite dirty. The rest of the room is clean. Definitely worth mentioning is the shower water pressure and the automatic toilet bowl. They also changed towels daily and I think the sheets too. Sometimes they give me water sometimes they don’t. During winter, there will only be heater working - both room heater and floor heater. Would recommend staying for non-choosy travelers. Oh yes, carpark is a little small for the hotel, if return a little late, then probably have to park on non-designated slots."

"Location is in Aewol, so buildings are a little spaced out and require a few minutes of walking to get to any convenience store. That said, the hotel itself was awesome. The driveway leading up to the hotel looked like it was a shot from Beverly Hills. Booked the family suite with two bedrooms, each with an attached toilet with a very spacious living room. The hotel kindly gave us the sea view, which was breath taking and easily the best hotel room view I've ever seen. The staff were very friendly and patiently provided information of tourist attractive around Jeju island. Just in front of the hotel is a Cafe Noeully, for which we were given coupons for free Americanos as guests at the hotel. The cafe has a very impressive spread of luxurious-looking bread and nice slouching seats facing the sea to enjoy the view while chilling. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to live in the Aewol area of Jeju."

"Preços de hotéis de luxo; experiência de hotel 2 estrelas. AVISO: Reserve pelo Trip.com e você não poderá usar a piscina do hotel. Pelo menos foi o que nos disseram quando fizemos o check-in. Resumindo, este hotel oferece uma estadia decente, mas é muito caro e custa um terço do preço que pagamos. Vamos começar com os pontos positivos: as camas são confortáveis, a equipe foi atenciosa, atendendo a todos os nossos pedidos, e a propriedade é limpa. Mas pelo que se paga, eu esperaria mais comodidades e mais espaço, e não esperaria um chuveiro/banheira, especialmente um que nem sequer tenha porta ou cortina que feche para evitar que a água espirre por todo o banheiro. Eu também esperaria um papel higiênico decente em vez do mais barato de uma camada disponível. É uma pena que as excelentes cortinas blackout tenham sido prejudicadas por terem sido instaladas incorretamente muito longe da janela, de modo a deixar entrar bastante luz da manhã ao redor da cortina (mas não através dela). Para fazer uma xícara de café da manhã, vasculhei os armários em busca da chaleira elétrica dentro de uma gaveta e, em seguida, procurei pelo quarto uma tomada que aceitasse o plugue. Só precisei avisar a todos que a chaleira elétrica estava no chão, entre a porta do banheiro e a cama, para que não a derrubassem acidentalmente e se queimassem, mas foi uma solução simples. Usando os copos de papel (copos de papel?!?) fornecidos, acabei usando dois sachês de café, mas mesmo assim, o café mal tinha gosto de café. De manhã, ao sair, pedimos algumas garrafas de água. Os funcionários se opuseram bastante à ideia, mas acabaram cedendo e me deram duas míseras garrafas de água. No final do dia, fiquei com medo de levar lixo de fora para o quarto, com medo de ser cobrado a mais por isso. Até onde sei, eles não se importaram com um pouco de lixo extra para descartar, e sou grato por isso. No geral, eu reservaria este hotel com prazer por um terço do preço que paguei. Mais do que isso, acho que me sinto no direito de ter um papel higiênico melhor, um chuveiro de verdade e espaço suficiente para não bater as pernas na mesa só de tentar entrar e sair da cama."

"I recently stayed at Seoubong Beach Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience with some notable pros and cons. The hotel was clean and maintained, and the service at the front desk was excellent. The rooms were satisfactory in terms of comfort and cleanliness. However, a disappointment was the absence of toiletries, which is usually expected in hotels. The view from the rooms didn't live up to expectations, as it was not particularly appealing. On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a plus for beach lovers. However, it's worth noting that it's far from most tourist attractions, which might be inconvenient if you plan to explore the area. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, but to our dismay, it was closed during our stay, which was a big letdown. In summary, Seoubong Beach Hotel offers good service, but the absence of toiletries, lackluster views, and the closed pool were disappointing aspects of our stay."

"Convenient & Friendly Stay in Jeju Among the 4 hotels I booked for this trip, this one had the most guest-friendly check-in/out policy — check-in after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM, unlike many hotels in Busan that require check-in after 4 PM (even 8 PM!) and check-out before 10 AM. The staff was friendly, though she only spoke Chinese — but no problem, she was sweet and used a translation app to communicate. The room was small and didn’t have a closet or hanger, but it was clean, new, and comfortable. Perfect if you just need a safe and convenient place to sleep. Great location, only 20 minutes to the airport, with many bus routes nearby for exploring Jeju’s top sights."

"Old hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed."
