Immaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

Very tidy and clean: Superbly fitted rooms. Staff attentive and excellent breakfast- one of the best breakfasts in our 1 month trip. Don’t be put off by the entrance which is hard to find at first. I am sure next time I visit that they will probably be occupying the ground floor too.

Hotel agradável, com localização tranquila e não muito longe do centro (10-15 minutos dependendo de onde você quer ir). Senti falta de atenção. Tanto no restaurante onde almocei quanto no check in. Nenhuma explicação sobre o hotel. (Onde fica a sala de café da manhã?, WiFi, bem-estar, que restaurantes existem?) O que foi ótimo foi que meu carro foi levado até o estacionamento. Não houve atenção no restaurante. Qual é o sabor da comida, gostaria de outro vinho, café, sobremesa? Existem 4 ótimos restaurantes no quintal. À noite o coquetel na Saudade estava muito saboroso. Hotel carino, numa zona tranquila e a curta distância do centro (10-15 minutos do hotel). Ho perso l'attenzione. Este restaurante está no momento do check-in. Nessuna espiegazione sull'hotel. (Você tem a sala colazione?, WiFi, benessere, quali ristoranti ci sono?…) Che bello, a mia macchina è stateta portata al parcheggio. 🙏 O restaurante não está atento. Você toma uma bebida, um pouco mais de vinho, um café, um dolce? Existem 4 ottimi ristoranti em cortile. O Sera il coquetel al Saudade era delicioso.

We had a fabulous one night stay here before our early morning flight the next day. We were greeted by the friendliest of hosts who made us settle in quickly. Really good communication throughout. We managed to find parking a few mins walk away that only cost a few euros (free after 8pm) The room was very clean, simple decor and a fridge with some complimentary cold waters and a coke which was a lovely generous touch. Bathroom was perfect for our needs. Clean with fresh towels. Complimentary WiFi TV with netflix which pleased our teenage son. Apartment had amazing views from the balcony! When asked, the lovely hosts recommended the most amazing pizzeria for dinner. Location - easy to walk around and close to many bars and restaurants. Cagliari is such a beautiful city. Would highly recommend staying here.

Host was perfect. I felt host was trying best us to enjoy Sardegna. Reconmendations for the restaurants was so thankful. And shower gel scent was good. Also looking nightview in terrace was good. We could dry our clothes in terrace. Also there is coffee machine and capsules. Not common in europe. Early check in wasnt possible but there is other way to handle. I would like to book here again.

Não fizemos esta alojamento.Durante a doença, precisamos de voltar para casa mais cedo.Pedimos alojamento para encontrar uma solução de compromisso.Eles pararam completamente de falar connosco e até bloquearam qualquer canal de comunicação. Este Tipo de Comportamento não é humano, não é amigável, por isso considere isso quando reservar. Eu ignoraria esse Tipo de pessoas no futuro.

A localização era óptima.Parque não era.A ar condicionado à noite não estava funcionando bem.Verificar mal Na localização do escritório.A matrícula era boa, MAS o movimento Mais pequeno Na cama e sentiu-se instável.

Gostei muito deste hotel! Fica a uma curta distância a pé da estação de trem e da marina, e está localizado no centro histórico da cidade. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto estava muito limpo, especialmente o banheiro, graças à camareira! Ela faz um trabalho incrível. A cama e os travesseiros eram confortáveis. Resumindo, este hotel foi ótimo. O café da manhã também era bom. Recomendo!

It’s money value choice. Good location, good bed and towers. And very helpful and friendly staff.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.
