從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

A fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Small little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture. Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone. plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food. the breakfast was good too.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.

Eles não encontraram a minha reserva, então eu estava preso no lobby do hotel por algumas horas antes de eu oferecer-me para pagar novamente pela minha sala só então eles me forneceram uma sala .. que foi demasiado desgraduada .. Embora mostrei o meu e-mail de confirmação e com um e-mail correspondente para confirmar a minha sala ainda à propriedade, nem o hotel nem a linha de ajuda de viagem depois disso poderia detectar a minha reserva - depois de check-in - passei algumas horas com Ajuda de viagem para obter a sala que mereço - mas a raciocínio de viagem foi a reserva feita por um agente chinês e eles não podiam passar.. por isso, perdi algumas horas mais.. ainda não obteve a minha sala merecida.. Fui lançado num quarto de canto profundo. Com um ruído terrível. Eu estava aqui com um idoso que era terminal.. por isso era um pesadelo total... nem o pessoal do hotel ou a viagem foram úteis.
