"My second visit at this hotel. Their petit rooms which have excellent inferior are the best option for someone like me who only visit 1-2 nights & doesn't really have much things to carry with. PLUS ONE for their free refill on drink water, coffee, and tea. Thus are very helpful that i dont need to bother myself to go out looking for groceries store at night."

DDre88I recently visited Solo for a business trip and stayed at Moxy Solo. The hotel embraces a youthful theme, which is evident in its vibrant decor and atmosphere. While the hotel has a trendy appeal, I noticed that even in the higher room categories, some amenities were lacking, such as a minibar fridge and smart TV features. Despite the limited breakfast choices, the quality was quite premium, making it a delightful start to the day. The location of Moxy Solo is excellent, providing easy access to the city's attractions, which was convenient for my business engagements. The staff stood out for their enthusiastic service, always greeting me by name, which added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, Moxy Solo offered a unique experience that complemented my business visit to the city.

UUsuário anônimoActually, this place is great. Fancy and spacious room. I really like it. The food they served taste really good tho. Chef’s kiss. But, the one that’s bothering me is they don’t put a sign for a “sold out” food/beverages, other than that, some of the menu is not the same with the menu that they already displayed in their website. We’re already expecting food when we’re hungry, waiting, just for the fact that they can’t served that food because that’s sold out. It’s really bothering me.

UUsuário convidadoThe noise outside the room is still very loud if there are people in the elevator... the restaurant cannot be used for breakfast all at once if the hotel is full... perhaps this is something to consider.
Also, the sauna facilities and the 30th floor are specifically for guests staying in suite-type rooms.

UUsuário anônimoThis is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.

UUsuário convidadoNice and decent room size. Complete of room needed. In front of Solo Balapan Statiun. Besides Alfamart. Easy access. But every day, the same menu of breakfast bubur ayam, nasi goreng, nasi putih, coffee, tea, bread etc.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early.
The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

UUsuário convidadoI choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing..
Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name)..
