A stunning place and magical people! 🤩❤️🩷🧡 Unusual, natural, beautiful! Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children. The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗 The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍 The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful. The price is very reasonable for Bali. У каждого есть зона, где можно пожечь костёр вечером под крышей от дождя. В домике 2 этажа, на верхнем кровать и балкончик, а на первом гостиная и туалет, душ, на свежем воздухе. Есть шампунь и горячая вода. Кстати, вода тоже с гор. Приятные тёплые одеяла, хорошее постельное бельё, много подушек. В домике нет кондиционеров и отопления, но этого и не нужно - температура очень комфортная даже с открытыми окнами. На территории кафе с потрясающим видом на горы. Хозяйка готовит завтраки и ещё по меню в любое время дня (до 21:00) индонезийские блюда. Рыба из океана на гриле под местным соусом была волшебная!💛👌 Какой чистый воздух здесь! Виды захватывающие, тишина, лес, горы, цветы и сады - умиротворение. Цена очень демократичная для Бали. А ещё мы купались в горной реке, у маленького водопада в 200 метрах от отеля. 👍 Молодцы, желаю процветания этому эко отелю и чудесной семье! ❤️🤩👍 Рекомендую!💯

Ayodya Resort Bali é o destino mais bonito de Nusa Dua, onde o encanto do antigo épico Ramayana e os encantadores palácios aquáticos de Bali se fundem para criar férias inesquecíveis no paraíso. Ao passear pelos vastos terrenos, você encontrará ecos dos famosos palácios aquáticos de Bali, com lagos tranquilos e fontes em cascata que promovem a serenidade e a harmonia com a natureza. Tudo ao redor evoca a atmosfera de um oásis real. A larga faixa de areia e o oceano azul a seus pés farão você se apaixonar à primeira vista. Há tudo aqui para aproveitar suas férias. Gostaria de destacar a hospitalidade balinesa. O Ayodya Resort Bali recebe os hóspedes com o máximo carinho e cortesia. Gostaria de falar apenas sobre as vantagens do hotel, uma vez que as suas desvantagens, sobre as quais já deve ter lido repetidamente de outros utilizadores, não são tão significativas e podem ser negligenciadas. O serviço geral é muito bom e amigável, eles ainda oferecem caixa de café da manhã se você estiver saindo do hotel para o seu itinerário antes do início do café da manhã (pode solicitar no check-in). A vista do quarto é incrível e limpa, a única parte não tão agradável é a praia. Está em reconstrução e tem muitas algas então nada a fazer se quiser ir à praia nadar.

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

O quarto do hotel é impecável e muito bonito. Adoro o estilo e a varanda, mesmo que tenha vista para um dos restaurantes. Passei a maior parte do tempo na piscina. O único problema eram as pessoas que colocavam as toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras o dia todo, sem sequer usá-las. Definitivamente deveria haver uma política em que eles tivessem um limite de apenas 2 horas sem usá-lo ou algo assim. O plano com tudo incluído definitivamente vale o dinheiro se você for usar o bar da piscina, mas se estiver procurando por comida extraordinária, ficará desapontado. É bom, está tudo bem, mas nada de especial, até a noite do “marisco” só teve 1 tipo de peixe e algumas lulas! No geral, eu ainda recomendaria este lugar aos meus amigos ou até mesmo voltaria, mas me aventuraria em outros restaurantes próximos, em vez de comer no hotel.

Tive uma ótima estadia e experiência no Holiday Inn Resort. Cheguei exausto, dolorido e com a ”barriga de Bali” da minha semana agitada em Ubud. A simpática recepcionista percebeu meu estado imediatamente ao chegar. Gostei de sua indagação sobre o que estava acontecendo e de sua simpatia. O hotel também me ofereceu chá de gengibre, cúrcuma, mel e limão de cortesia várias vezes para o meu problema de estômago. Encontrei uma lagartixa no meu quarto. Tentaram tirá-la, mas não conseguiram. Em vez disso, deram um upgrade no meu quarto e me transferiram para um quarto sem lagartixas. Gostei muito desse gesto. O spa foi igualmente incrível. Fui recebido por uma equipe simpática e sorridente durante todo o dia em todo o hotel. Adorei o café da manhã e a vista para a praia. Muito obrigado, Holiday Inn, por tornar meus últimos dias em Bali incríveis. Não hesite em reservar!

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

The on-site spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, and I indulged in a relaxing massage that left me feeling completely refreshed. For those who enjoy staying active, the resort has a fully equipped gym, and a variety of water sports activities are available on the beach, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Dining Experience Dining at The Oceanview Resort was an absolute highlight. The resort offers several dining options, each with its own unique atmosphere and menu. I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the beachfront restaurant, where I was treated to a delectable array of local seafood and international dishes. The fresh catch of the day was prepared to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail of my dining experience was flawless. For breakfast, the resort’s buffet offered a wide range of options, from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to hot dishes made to order. The morning view of the sun rising over the ocean while sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee was the perfect start to each day. Customer Service One of the standout features of The Oceanview Resort is its exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering personalized recommendations and accommodating special requests without hesitation. They truly made me feel at home, which added a personal touch to my experience. Ótimo hotel. O quarto é muito simples e corresponde totalmente à descrição, gostei dessa abordagem honesta. Você tem exatamente o que é descrito e vê nas fotos. A única coisa ruim é que poderia ser um pouco mais rígido. Mais precisamente, a base da cama deveria ser mais rígida. Tive que colocar o colchão no chão na minha segunda noite para dormir normalmente, porque ele se curvava como um arco nessa base, já que é muito macia. Mas não é um grande problema. A principal característica do hotel é o exterior e o interior do lobby, além do acesso fácil aos espaços comuns, piscina e estacionamento, tudo isso torna a estadia bastante conveniente. A recepção 24 horas é muito simpática e profissional. Eu recomendaria este hotel.
