Hotéis com estacionamento em Nantes

I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough, although the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could be and would be bad for couples. Overall I was disappointed by the experience.

The room and hotel was really clean. It is located in an accessible location. Walking distance from the train station. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Checking in and checking out was really easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Something I really appreciated that they are really environmentally conscious. Just something for everyone to take note will be that toothbrush and toothpaste is not offered. Also, some small things that could be better would be that the railing for the towels seem to be coming off. However, these were really minor issues that we faced.

A bit difficult to find but a nice location with all the amenities. Very quiet area and friendly staff, definitely worth a comeback. We realised that they also have a pool on the day we left. Would have been nice to use it on these weather.

O pequeno-almoço é bom, É difícil encontrar a localização do estacionamento, especialmente PELA primeira vez, não é fácil encontrar, MAS o empregado Da recepção é Muito paciente, DEU um endereço de navegação e UMA pista de orientação de exportação, MAS é realmente difícil encontrar a primeira vez para estrangeiros.

Bonjour , Je suis déçu, car avant il y avait un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, on avait le droit aux boissons sur la table , le lit est trop ferme, on a très mal dormi pour le prix , Je suis vraiment déçu

En general bien aunque tiene algunas cosas mejorables. El personal de recepción es majo.El check in era a las 14hs y llegamos en punto pero nos dijeron que no tendrían la habitación lista hasta dos horas después. Después de decirles que no nos parecía bien nos la dieron en 20 minutos. El sistema de parking no es nada práctico, te hacen ir al hotel para recoger una tarjeta, con lo que tienes que buscar un aparcamiento previo antes de poder dejarlo en el parking. La moqueta no la aspiraron en los dos días que estuvimos, lo sé porque había un hilo blanco y ahí seguía. La papelera no la vaciaron y el baño tenía una baldosa suelta que parece que se fuera a caer en cualquier momento. Las vistas eran a un patio interior y teníamos una obra enfrente. El olor de la habitación era como a pies, no se iba ni ventilando. El desayuno 10 euros por persona es caro para lo que ofrecen, mejor ir a la panadería de la esquina. No hay nevera minibar en la habitación por lo que no puedes contar con agua fría.

El chico de recepcion fue un encanto, nos atendió muy bien, ahora fue llegar a la habitacion… Diminuta, baño con techo con humedad, la cama… esta puesto como un topper… no quise mirar mas. Un 3 estrellas en el centro, que pueden ser 2 y no pasa nada… Ahora el precio casi es de 4 estrellas… Lo único que estuvo bien fue el chico, muy amable y atento. Me dio mas toallas, xq en la habitación venian 2?

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me. Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested. The room was medium size with almost everything you might need. The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized. The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
