Hotéis perto de Cathedrale de Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul, Nantes

At arrival we were welcomed by Anthony who helped us entering the street of the pedestrian zone and the parking lot. Fortunately there were still parking spaces , there are 10 in total, if available it is free. That’s a plus! What a service. He helped us check in show us around. When our safe has a technical failure he sorted a solution providing a new one. The hotel is in the middle of the centre 2 minutes from La Cigale. Good breakfast with self service nespresso coffee and the best madeleine. What disappointed me was the inappropriate frugality of the amenities. Why one bottle of 500 ml mineral water while we are with 2 persons? How much does this cost? And used Rituals toiletries from previous guests? Seriously in a 4 star hotel. When questioning they came with 2 new mini bottles but in the end give me one new bottle to replace the half used one. Why so stingy? When informing it was because of sustainability and to prevent waste. A good cause but why bothering using mini toiletries at all and not change to use only large bottles of refillables? It feels a bit half-hearted and unable to choose between customer service and thriftiness.

Loved the huge suite room. Good view . Amazing patio / lobby. And the hotel setting. Pity we need to pay an extra 10 euro to join next door gym & pool

O Pessoal era amigável e Muito útil.O apartamento era excelente, Como a vista Das janelas.Muito espaço para relaxar e espaço para cozinhar e servir jantar (boa mesa de madeira). Teria dado 5 estrelas (em vez de 4) para acomodações, excepto que tivemos dificuldade em operar o cozinheiro (não usava um cozinheiro de indução antes e não sabia que precisavamos de corresponder o tamanho do copo com o tamanho do anel/cozinheiro e, assim, manteve-se desligado confundir-nos). Foi para o meu aniversário, e o pessoal tinha colocado balões de aniversário felizes Na cama, e isso foi um bom toque, foi um bom aniversário, e eu gostei do espaço, do vinho e do alimento que cozinhámos, e o chuveiro também era notável.

Uma estadia agradável e acessível, com funcionários muito simpáticos :)

Отличный отель в Нанте. Относительно близко к вокзалу и к достопримечательностям. Бесплатный кофе на ресепшене и чай. Комната хорошего размера. Не работал лифт. Нам в целом все понравилось

The room and hotel was really clean. It is located in an accessible location. Walking distance from the train station. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Checking in and checking out was really easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Something I really appreciated that they are really environmentally conscious. Just something for everyone to take note will be that toothbrush and toothpaste is not offered. Also, some small things that could be better would be that the railing for the towels seem to be coming off. However, these were really minor issues that we faced.

En general bien aunque tiene algunas cosas mejorables. El personal de recepción es majo.El check in era a las 14hs y llegamos en punto pero nos dijeron que no tendrían la habitación lista hasta dos horas después. Después de decirles que no nos parecía bien nos la dieron en 20 minutos. El sistema de parking no es nada práctico, te hacen ir al hotel para recoger una tarjeta, con lo que tienes que buscar un aparcamiento previo antes de poder dejarlo en el parking. La moqueta no la aspiraron en los dos días que estuvimos, lo sé porque había un hilo blanco y ahí seguía. La papelera no la vaciaron y el baño tenía una baldosa suelta que parece que se fuera a caer en cualquier momento. Las vistas eran a un patio interior y teníamos una obra enfrente. El olor de la habitación era como a pies, no se iba ni ventilando. El desayuno 10 euros por persona es caro para lo que ofrecen, mejor ir a la panadería de la esquina. No hay nevera minibar en la habitación por lo que no puedes contar con agua fría.

O atendimento foi incrível, super acessíveis e atenciosos. Ficámos supreendidos quando chegámos ao quarto e vimos todas as comodidades que tinhamos. O aquecedor foi sem dúvida a melhor de todas elas, para fazer face ao frio que se sentia na rua. Em termos de localização é ótima, porque podemos chegar ao centro de Nantes tanto a pé como de transportes na rua detrás

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me. Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested. The room was medium size with almost everything you might need. The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized. The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
