PROS: I absolutely loved this boutique hotel! I loved the old charm, mixed with the clean modern decor. The rooms were clean and bright! The toiletries were a favorite from  the luxury brand, l'occitane.  The entire staff was welcoming and kind. Fabio from dining gave special attention to details, which made our meals and our dining experience wonderful. My spa treatment with the spa manager was exceptional. I loved the surrounding area. It was safe for myself and friends to walk around at night.  The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were wonderful, as well! Thanks so much! CONS: I could hear noise from the street at night. Thin walls, so I heard movement outside my door and through the walls. Water went out for a few minutes one evening.

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Palma's beautiful old town. Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms (extremely comfortable bed!), and the private spa is the best way to unwind.

Picked this hotel after reading reviews it is like being in a Art Gallery it really is a fantastic place to stay really really clean fabulous selection of food at breakfast so you should find something to eat And very friendlyand helpful staff We were not there long enough to make the most of whats on offer but we did tell the staff we will be back for a longer stay its 9.5 out of 10 this time 👍

I was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur. We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

優點太多：去海邊真方便，從酒店前面走路三四分鐘，酒店後面走路五分鐘有超市：Spar、Eroski city，lidl，葯粧店rossmann。 早餐7-10點很好吃，東西很全。早餐後的時間，還有清涼的檸檬水和咖啡就在餐廳，客人隨便來拿。 樓下健身房很全，頂樓有游泳池但不大。 晚上睡覺很安靜，關燈後光線很適合對光敏感的人，很暗。屋裡空調很涼快，我平常需關上空調，外面35度，房間裏都很涼爽。洗漱用品很全，洗髮水、護髮素，沐浴露，洗手液和護手霜身體乳都是rituals的jing，味道很喜歡。床很滿意，我受不了很軟的床，腰不舒服，但這家酒店的床很好。枕頭有三種可以選擇。 熱水很好，洗澡舒服，不像有人寫的沒熱水。 遇到的服務人員都非常滿意，不像有些人寫的粗魯。從前台（Oscar特別可愛，我們第7天退房時又看到了他），到打掃衞生的人員，餐廳服務人員（每天早上收拾餐具一個老爺爺特別和藹可親），這7天6晚遇到的所有工作人員，我可以都打滿分！ 電視下面的櫃子輕推一下打開就可以看到杯子，保險櫃和mini冰箱。衣櫃的抽屜裏有吹風機，一個大塑料袋。 如果非要説缺點，仔細找也就這幾點： 1.應該學習中國酒店，不打掃房間最起碼要送兩瓶水吧？我們為了環保，6晚衹要求打掃兩次。衹有第一個天入住時候有兩瓶小小的礦泉水。那我們如果分開訂6晚，是不是能獲得2x6瓶呢？每晚300歐的酒店錢，竟然不捨得放個礦泉水。 2.廁所紙非常薄，也就一層厚。 3.馬桶旁沒有馬桶刷，很不方便。

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel higher up from port. Looks like recently modernised very clean and rooms very spacious with everything you would want, including a mini fridge. Used the lovely pool which was a hidden gem at back of hotel with a life guard pool 2.2m deep so you need to be able to swim! Fortunately we had the pool area to ourselves which had great views. Opted for breakfast which was good with a wide choice most days things ran out but were restocked. Pre booked for €14 fairly good value and convenient as not much around otherwise. Easy to get into old town and port either a 10 minute stroll down hill to shopping centre with restaurants or a taxi for around €10 each way. Only criticism would be not very disabled friendly with no bars to hold onto on stairs down to breakfast and unless you got cabs everywhere you need to be quite fit to walk to get out and about. Overall a nice little find and would recommend.

Não era como eu esperava, então pedi para mudar de quarto, sem me perguntar o motivo ele me recusou diretamente. Por esse preço, eles nem tentam satisfazer seus clientes. É legal ter uma academia, mas mais para exercícios aeróbicos. infelizmente não há máquina suficiente para fazer esses exercícios. É uma pena que as piscinas tenham horários de funcionamento, pois fecham muito cedo.

O hotel fica perto do aeroporto, então não se surpreenda se você ouvir aviões o tempo todo. Muito perto da praia pública e de algumas lojas e cafés. A piscina é limpa, não é pequena. Café da manhã e jantar - depende do dia. Alguns dias são super equipados, outros dias não há nada para escolher. Infelizmente, a recepcionista (mulher com cabelos escuros) não foi gentil e até pediu com antecedência - negou o pedido de pagar por 2h adicionais para check-out tardio para pegar uma reunião importante no trabalho via laptop e negou dar acesso a um quarto que eles têm para hóspedes para uma estadia de emergência. Nunca aconteceu na minha vida antes nesta rede de hotéis. No quarto até a equipe de limpeza foi solicitada, sem recarga de sabonete ou xampu... E é por isso que não recomendo o lugar - pessoal ruim pode destruir bons momentos.

Nice hotel, great location. Housekeeping Didn’t attend for beds or towels, but we were only staying 2 nights and it’s nearly Christmas, so Am in a forgiving mood. I would stay again.
