"每次出門最煩惱的就是住宿，想要性價比高的…實在難找。屏南比較多的還是民宿，但是多次出遊覺得還是酒店各方面會比較適合我，於是多方篩選後盲選了維也納，雖然也有看到有人評價不好，不過實踐告訴我，選擇還是對的…首先整體環境還是可以的，客房全屋智能小度，很是方便，對於夏天出行，冷氣還是很足，比較驚喜的是還備有洗手液，這是很多酒店欠缺的。前台小姐姐小哥哥態度都很好，看到有帶孩子，主動贈送了一份早餐，必須點贊。要去屏南的朋友，推薦入住這家，周邊也比較繁華，啥都有，娃説，最多的還是燒烤攤🤪當然，還有些細節方面能再完善下就更好了：
1.比如，這家維也納也有讓人置辦婚宴之類的，導致停車位不夠，對於入住酒店的客人有的來説已經很疲憊了，還讓人自己去外面找車位，這樣太説不過去了。
2.甚至，剛到酒店，也沒有保安引導到停車場，我們自己繞了一圈，才發現沒有停車位，由於車子比較長，搗鼓了老半天，才繞出來，到前台，才被告知沒有停車位了…讓我們外面先停下，晚點婚宴結束就會有車位了…
3.隔音效果要再處理下？早晨，打掃衞生的保潔阿姨一大早就在走廊用喊的，要知道有些客人比較晚休息，這樣影響不好。
4.由於帶了孩子，怕孩子扯被子。很意外房間有備用被子，但是卻衹是件內膽，建議要套上被套，並用一次性袋子封好，以免積灰。
5.早餐説是到九點半，但實際上還沒九點幾乎就沒菜了，現在住酒店的客人也是很多都比較晚起，沒菜也不補上，（剛好第二晚住了福州的維也納，就不會出現這種問題，而且菜的品種比較多）而且位置不夠，讓客人到隔壁去，隔壁是前一晚辦酒席的地方，味道非常大，令人作嘔，前一晚下來就聞到了，第二天早上要用餐時味道依舊那麼大…連進去都不想進去，而且位置也沒擺好。
以上幾點雖説是小細節，但是維也納作為一個連鎖酒店，在這些細節上是不應該出現這些個問題的。管理上建議還是要多多注意。
不過除了這些，整體體驗感還是可以，有機會再去屏南，還是會選擇這家維也納，住宿是可以的，哈哈哈，特別是洗澡的水流，讓家人特別點贊，水壓大，洗澡特👍👍👍希望這些小問題能抓緊改善，讓後面入住的客人體驗感更棒！特別他家的那把梳子，對於我這種燙髮的人很友好…這也是其他住過的酒店沒有的…"

"낡았지만 깔끔한 편이고 매일 침구류 정리해주고 청소해주고 물2병씩 주고 좋았어요. 세탁실은 작지만 6층에 있고 무료사용이고 , 각층마다 비상구쪽에 베란다가 있는데 빨래 널 수 있도록 되어 있어서 좋아요. 또한 숙소 앞은 작은 실내야시장이 있고 시내라 걸어서 5분만 나오면 주위 상가가 많아서 편리합니다."

"五星好評｜藏在時光裏的古宅民宿，一住就不想走！
這家古宅民宿是朋友推薦的，元旦入住非常滿意！我女兒住到不想走，還想續住，可惜第二天沒房啦。必須五星安利！
房間佈置得都蠻用心，我住的是花時大床房，是在一樓。還有一個花時大床房A的房型是在二樓，房間更寬敞一些，圖片上看不出區別，要不然我就訂這個房型了，感覺住的更舒服。
老闆娘人超nice，不僅會貼心地介紹周邊的小眾景點，還會煮自家釀的品青酒招待客人。早餐是地道的本地味道，筍乾水餃和蔬菜雞蛋麪，暖胃又暖心。
下午院子裏煮咖啡，傍晚沿着老街散步，相當愜意，很適合來住幾天感受慢生活。"

The owner of the homestay added a lot of color to this journey. The boss himself is super handsome and very caring! When I first arrived, I was not familiar with the surrounding area. The boss not only patiently introduced me to interesting places and delicious restaurants nearby, but also helped me plan the play route. Many details in the homestay can reflect his intentions and atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully furnished, all facilities are available, and they are very clean and tidy. In the process of chatting with the boss, he can also feel that he has a long-term planning and unique idea of the operation of the homestay, and he hopes that every guest can have a good memory here, not just treat it as a place to sleep. GGuest UserA group of 11 of us lived in his house. The homestay is in the town. I observed it. His house is the most conspicuous and latest. Going in and looking at the interior did not disappoint us. The decoration in each room, including the bathroom, is very careful, the materials used look very good, including the bathroom door, the faucet is very high-grade. The bedding has its own trademark ”Xiaoqingshan”, everything is very new, there is no decoration, and there is a pine smell. There are restaurants in the town, which can meet the problem of eating. The boss, the proprietress and the family are very enthusiastic, kind, and feel at home. I left the WeChat of the proprietress and will stay at his house next time.

SStephanie 敏應該算得上龍潭最好的民宿了。房間寬敞明亮，陽台風景絕了，房子在高處完全沒遮擋。老闆娘在設備上很用心，冬天入住山裡也很舒服，我住的第一晚降温到0度，房間有地暖，熱水壺有保温功能，有浴缸泡澡，掛毛巾的架子也有加熱功能，沖涼熱水夠熱、水壓夠大，多用心準備的設備！綜合舒適度、地理位置、設備功能，應該在這裏找不到第二家了。下次來還住這兒。

XXinyoulinxin環境：非常文藝的一個院子，我們一共訂了6間不同的房型，都非常滿意，各有特色。明月居有一個非常大的院子，晚上**，喝茶，非常不錯。
衞生：原本擔心民宿的衞生，沒想到，很不錯，燒水壺也很乾凈。
設施：唯一要説的就是窗簾，不知道是不是民宿都有這個問題，酒店都是用不透光的窗簾，但是民宿都會讓你早早醒來。但是，47樹很貼心的就是房間配備了蒸汽眼罩。但是，對於用不貫眼罩的還是有點不習慣。
服務：民宿不方便開車進去，前台會提前半天和我們聯繫，組羣，到了提前來門口接我們，幫我們拿行李，還是非常不錯的

UUsuário convidado這次入住龍潭古鎮的體驗太超出預期了！民宿就在橋頭第一家，跟着導航走一眼就能找到，完全不用費心找路，更貼心的是還有專屬專用停車場，不僅停車方便省心，還直接節省了額外的停車費用，對自駕出行的我們太友好了。
房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒服，細節處透着用心，住起來特別舒心。最打動我們的是民宿夫妻的熱情淳樸，就像家人一樣親切。阿姨特意拿出家裡自己種的地瓜和柿子分享，清甜多汁，滿是自然的味道，瞬間讓人感受到了家的温暖。
一樓的小賣部特別方便，日常所需應有盡有，還有龍潭本地特產，價格實惠又好吃，完全不用特意跑去別處採購。
一定要重點誇誇民宿的天台！這裏種滿了各式各樣的植物，綠意盎然、生機勃勃，本身就是一道風景線，拍照超出片。站在天台上還能俯瞰整個龍潭古鎮的全景，青瓦連片、溪流蜿蜒，不管是白天賞景、傍晚看落日，還是伴着綠植拍一組美照，都超愜意。
真心推薦給來龍潭遊玩的朋友，祝叔叔阿姨的民宿生意越來越興隆，下次來還住這兒！

UUsuário convidado村口第一家，離停車場很近，老闆娘應該開民宿挺早的，一樓還有她開的飯店，在她家吃了一頓，後面在另外幾家也吃了幾頓，反正整條街飯店的味道都差不多，第一家肯定租金會貴一點，房間挺大，設施和衞生還不錯，農家樂不可能像酒店，差不多就行了，老闆娘熱情直爽，明年過來可以考慮再住她家。
