"Not great value for money, and the overall experience was pretty mediocre. The fact that the island was reclaimed from the sea, and the various buildings on it, are quite astonishing, but it's a real shame how many areas are neglected and falling into disuse. With over 5,000 rooms, the hotel had a high occupancy rate during the holiday, making the lobby feel like a chaotic market, packed with people and incredibly noisy. There were significant delays for check-in, and breakfast was practically a free-for-all, with extremely poor food quality. Room cleanliness was terrible; there were scratches all over the walls, and the bed runner was damaged and still had dried food crumbs from the previous guest on it – makes you wonder how long it hadn't been washed. The room itself was tiny, and when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told they didn't have any. We were a family of one adult and two children, both around six years old, but were told we had to purchase an additional child's breakfast, as two small children couldn't count as one adult. For nearly 600 RMB a night, with nothing included, it really wasn't worth it."

"We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."

"On 21/02 around 2.30pm we reached at the baimajing station we supposed to find our complimentary bus to the hotel but we dont managed to get a bus. So what we did was we took a normal public buses to the hilton flower about RMB2 they gonna bring you to the haihua island no3 then to the haihua no 1 everything went smooth during check in that a one bellboy guide us till to our room with a complimentary local fruits from the hotel. We received a birthday surprise from the hotel side management and really love the effort ❤️. The room is so spacious and well maintained. The place was so calm which is i would say to those one need a perfect peaceful vacation may go to haihua island. The hotel got provided buggy services to any island area and just need to book in advance. And the hotel was so convenient with walking distance you may go to the food street restaurant and outlet clearance stocks high end brand area. And to those muslim that a 2 halal restaurant which is so convenient and affordable price. And oh yea the hotel breakfast i a lot of choices that a western and some Chinese style. And those Muslim you may get vegetarian or vegan options for your breakfast. The front desk is so friendly even that’s a language barrier but they try their best on our request with a google or we chat translate And for sure i will be back again ❤️ thank you so much for the kind and sincere service that i received, being so welcoming while i stay there and make me fill like a home ☺️"

"The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out. The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options. Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance."

"因為公司在白馬井有項目，這次住了三晚。首先交通很便利，就在中心大道主幹道旁，打車去洋浦經濟開發區也就15分鐘。酒店大堂寬敞明亮，前台辦理入住很迅速。房間比想象中大，辦公桌夠寬敞，網絡穩定，晚上視頻會議沒卡頓。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有高低兩種可選，對頸椎很友好。隔音效果不錯，雖然臨街但關上窗基本聽不到噪音。樓下有免費停車場，對自駕商務客很友好。性價比很高，下次出差還會選擇這裏。"

"維也納不錯，出差不超標，房間早餐都不錯。 另外，為什麼不能評價機票訂單，用攜程訂機票就是想着能夠當時出行程單，年底了着急走報銷流程，結果還是需要等1到3天？打客服電話後才知道至少24小時後才能出行程單，之前到機場就能打印行程單，官方程序也是立即出行程單，而且攜程不寫清楚是24小時後才能發出行程單，我要早知道，我就開電子發票也行啊，結果現在這麼尷尬，報銷流程安排的可好了，結果因為這個行程單卡住了，而且又不能評價機票，衹能借酒店訂單評價下機票了。"

"房間內就能看到1號島，欣賞海花島全景。距市場近，生活方便，小吃 水果豐富。還有籃球 排球 兵乓球等場地，健身鍛鍊好去處！"

"因為看了親愛的客棧，就和朋友約着一起來海南來個環島旅行，網上剛好有優惠套餐，就決定住在這裏的，因為行程比較多，所以在這就住了一個晚上，對這次的選擇我和我朋友都非常滿意，剛到銀灘站酒店的工作人員就已經在站口等着我們了，到酒店後也非常貼心的準備好茶點和下午茶，整體感覺非常愜意，放鬆，工作人員態度非常好，也很細心因為我們想利用一天的時間多體驗一點項目，他們會把整個行程給我們安排的很完美，我們也很滿意整個的體驗，正好趕上大退潮，趕海也抓到很多螃蟹，第二天還會做好螃蟹粥（自己抓的🦀）給我們，非常鮮美，海邊的日落也非常美，隨便抓拍都美美出片。晚上工作人員還給我們送了兩杯調酒，下次時間更充足的時候會再來！"

"Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜"
