"I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room."

"訂的家庭房，春節期間沒有早餐，入住當天回去比較晚，酒店沒有確認電話，弄的比較含糊，致電過去後被反問您不是定了嗎？感覺自己很多此一舉，極少數碰到較晚入住酒店不打電話確認的情況……入住後致電前台需要送一床被子被告知沒有，過程不算順暢，最後也能解決了，那為什麼不愉快的直接解決呢……熱水器是電的，噴頭水比較小……房間裏有大冰箱和不知道能不能用的灶台……洗漱用品比較簡陋，室外也比較荒涼，如果不是為了能離朋友的

"Lovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view."

The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and evenings spent with a beer in the balcony jacuzzi were absolutely perfect!
The special experience of interacting with deer and alpacas every morning was incredibly healing.
The resort’s free access to an amusement park, water park, and hot springs made it ideal for family trips.
The private beach was pristine and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing retreat.
Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to 《Joy》, the only English-speaking staff member, who provided immense help throughout our stay—making our family trip even more enjoyable!
It was a flawless resort experience. Highly recommended!

The weather is just right now, not too cold or hot, and the sun is not too hot. The puppy is having a lot of fun! Come again next time!

XXuanmufannaisuoThe room design is quite stylish, and the service is excellent. Since I was traveling with elderly family members, they provided point-to-point transfers to help us get around the resort. We even received a complimentary photoshoot from Muse Travel, which was a fantastic experience. In the past, I always stayed at guesthouses in Phase 6, but this time I realized the hotels within the resort are also a great option.

RRejTService was impeccable. The hotel was right in front of the beach and offered amazing views to all, not just to high paying customers for certain rooms. The architecture is artful and the rooms simple but beautiful. The food was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel shuttles were extremely convenient to book. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Aranya. Worth it

酒店設施新，床品質量好！床單被罩乾淨整潔！空調給力！環境安靜舒適！還有機器人送水，服務人員也特別有禮貌，加水、加個枕頭等都很快，細緻周到！特別是一層大排檔，酒店自營，菜品豐富，有小份菜，可口、經濟、實惠，各種當地特色都可以品嚐到！二樓還有餐廳都是包房，特色菜品齊全尤其是蒸餃等美食，比外面的餐館強，價格合理，品質有保證！賓館早餐非常豐富、值得一試！
昌黎賓館在新政府辦公大樓對面，地理位置優越、環境整潔優雅、服務熱情周到、餐廳特色美食、經營管理專業，是暑期旅遊度假的不二之選，住的安心、吃的放心、玩的開心！

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

AAaron & FeifeiWe booked the hotel very last minute and found an absolute gem! As a foreigner with pets it’s not easy finding a place that accepts both. All staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful! The services amenities they offer is above all hotels in the area! Breakfast was also pretty good! I will only be staying at this hotel when I return to the area! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Em Segundo lugar, a sala não era tão limpa, o tapete não é agradável e a sala cheira a cigarros.Em geral, o Fisher Island Resort Hotel TEM boas instalações, BEM para as crianças que gostam de jogar e atividades. As piscinas são Muito para jovens e velhos, MAS eles precisam ser cuidadosos porque é tão escorregadio.Este hotel TEM muitas atividades a fazer.Eu recomendo isso a toda a família.

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.
