"酒店本身位置不錯，建造也比較豪華。可惜保養不到位。本來退房了，特殊情況需要續住，前台經理很好，幫忙協調了一間房，非常感謝。但是酒店內部的充電停車位都停滿了油車，打電話挪車沒有一個來，向酒店求助，居然説停車位不是他們的，不歸他們管。停車位就在酒店的大門口，很顯然是酒店停車位，居然酒店説不歸他們管，酒店就沒有自己的停車位。所以沒有權利去管。我覺得太不可思議了，一個五星級酒店，沒有一個車位是酒店自己的？酒店説我們從來沒有掛牌五星酒店，從來沒有掛牌。但是在攜程酒店設施上酒店是五星級酒店，有充電樁，有停車位。這難道是虛假宣傳嗎？"

首先，酒店的設施非常完備，尤其是遊戲設備和房間佈置都非常專業，滿足了我們電競愛好者的需求。電腦配置高，網絡流暢，椅子和桌子設計符合人體工學，長時間遊戲也不會感到不適。
其次，酒店的衞生狀況非常出色。房間乾淨整潔，床上用品舒適，衞生間也非常乾淨，無異味，讓人住得安心又舒適。
在環境方面，酒店的設計風格現代時尚，燈光佈置合理，營造出了一種既舒適又有氛圍的遊戲環境。隔音效果也很好，即使在房間裏暢玩遊戲也不會打擾到其他住客。

The hotel services both smoking and non smoking and we chose non-smoking and the smoking rooms did not affect the smell of our room. The beds were a little hard, but comfortable. It was a very comfortable stay! We want to come and visit again next time :)
